The only reason why this place is still open is because of our extremely limited choices on decent pizza. Their pie is nothing to write home about, the taste is very bland. The worst part is the customer service. I’ve already banned Franico’s in Warwick due to the manager arguing with me about a delivery they screwed up. He had the audacity to tell me they will send me the correct order, if I pay for it again! I gave the Franico’s in Pine Island a try & I may not have been yelled at, but I sure was treated like I was a thorn in their side. The young lady at the register obviously would rather be any place but there. And the energy of the workers & entire restaurant is cold & uninviting.
