if you live within a 30 mile radius you seriously should make a trip now and then and stock up on your meat. I cannot say enough about this old fashioned little meat and butcher shop. They are a family owned business that has been around and sometimes you even get a sighting of the old guy who is just happy to be there. They have regulars and at holiday time you need to get on the list to get your ham… there will be a line out the door sometimes on a weekend morning… it is THAT good… I have always received huge compliments on my cooking when I use Gorman’s meats… The chicken, the beef, the ham and the pork are all top-​notch. Some people buy oysters from here for the holidays to make oyster stew I think they take orders for those too…
