They stay open the latest at the lodge and spa hotel. They are just OK. I ordered a dirty martini and it was horrible. I asked asked how it was made and the waitresses said it was with like juice. I asked her to have the bartender remake it and then the bar tender came over and asked what the problem was… Supposedly she didn’t put lime juice in it. Anyway it was remade and better. The waitresses was nice. The menu is small and basic. The chicken wings and tenders were good. The next day I ordered a hamburger(well cheeseburger with no cheese as they called it out as there was no option for a hamburger) and it was dry. Just expected more from an onsight eatery.

I posted my tip as a picture! Service was pretty good. The chicken was very very dry. Au jus did not help. I would definitely leave the lodge for better food!!!

We have had several great experiences at the lounge during our stay at the lodge. We have had the same server, a young lady who has only worked there three weeks, but is doing an outstanding job. We enjoyed the well-made martinis and tasty beer. We also had the calamari and turkey Reuben sandwich along with the s’mores cooked at your table. Everything was well made and delicious with great service and even live music!

This place is a train wreck. This is by far the worst service that I have ever had at a lounge/restaurant in my entire life. Decided to go here for dinner as this is one of two options while attending a conference at the hotel. You would think that if the restaurant knows that the hotel is having an event with over 300 guests they would plan to staff the lounge properly expecting the crowd. Negative. It took us over an hour(ordered at 7 and didn’t get our meal until 8pm) to get basic food like burgers, fish and chips and a chicken sandwich. We sat by salivating as we watched other tables that came in after us be served their food. They were so completely late with our order we were an hour late to our evening session. Instead of the waitress being honest and telling us that she forgot to put our order in in time, she made up some lie about the kitchen. It was so obvious. We sat the entire meal and never go refills on our drinks. And to add insult to injury, my burger and fries were cold when they finally did reach my table. At the end of the evening, I decided to return to the lounge for a night cap to unwind from a 12 hour day with a glass of wine. The waitress brought me over a drink menu and NEVER returned. I waited so long that I just ended up going to the bar to place my own order. I will be speaking to management about this place and won’t be returning during my stay. I will just try my hand at the buffet or off property restaurants for the duration of my stay at the Lodge. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Ok place. We were at a conference in the hotel(the lodge at callaway) and really didn’t have many close by options. They have decent selection on the menu and a full bar. Depending on how many people are there will depend on how late they are open. The staff were hit and miss. Some were friendly, some look annoyed. The food was ok. I had the prime rib — and it was pretty good. With limited local options and a car needed to get anywhere and for the price you pay — this was a decent stop.
