If I lived around here, I’d be a regular! To be honest, I didn’t have high hopes about this restaurant. I never thought a place in the middle of Georgia that looks like a littler diner would have such great seafood! Being from Florida, I didn’t think they’d beat the fresh fish I eat regularly. Boy was I wrong. I absolutely loved every bite! We started with the buffalo fried oysters which were delicious. If you like wings and you like oysters, you’ll love these! My boyfriend got the fried shrimp and catfish. It doesn’t look like anything spectacular but it was! I ordered the fish and chips, which I’ve had a million times before, but this was definitely the best I’ve ever had! Better than Florida, better than London, better than Scotland! I was shocked. We will definitely be coming back!

Shrimp and scallop scampi was really good. Also the shrimp basket. Need to get here before 6:00 because they get really busy.

Looks like a dive diner but they concentrate on service and food. My service was excellent and the food was very good. Had shrimp bucket, crab cakes and baked oysters. YUM.

Oh my GOSH, was the seafood awesome here or what!!! Portions were big (prices were relatively decent for seafood) and I want to go back! The clam chowder was a tad thinner than I’m used to, but tasted wonderful and the shrimp and oysters (fried of course), were to die for!
Ok, so why only 4 stars? The Oyster House building looks like a garage/​car repair place converted to an eatery and eventually taken over by the oyster house. Not pretty, but functional.
