Baer’s Furniture

I ordered furniture from Baers in May 13 2016. Since I had not heard from anyone for the week and having questions, I called to check on the status and after several calls (no answered back) was told the seller person did not work any more for Baer’s. We should call again on Monday to speak with the manager. So I decided to go to the store and speak to the store manager. Some one tells me he was not there. This was on a Friday so she told me he would look into this and asked me to call him on Monday for an update. Same day the person at the desk called the owner Kathy Baer. I asked her to stop the purchase and give time to think about all that process. The person I spoke to was rude and told me «Sr do you read on the back of the contract the merchandise is not refundable» It is any thing else that I can help you”. Today she repeated the same. It is a nightmare. We do not want to deal with those persons, but they have over money.
Oh and by the way, it is «not their policy to refund money». So, if you buy from Baers, make sure you use a credit card so you can dispute the charges!

A move last year sent me furniture shopping to fill out several rooms. After trying department store furniture departments, we found our way back to Baer’s after many years away. We were lucky enough to get Margaret Haggerty as our home furnishings consultant. She was great helping us. We have returned twice for additional purchases. The variety in the store is great. The only challenge is missing the entry to the store with it’s location on US 1 at a difficult intersection.

this is a beautiful well laid out store that makes it a pleasure to shop for furniture for my new home. I was inspired with looks for both indoor and patio this is really a 1 stop shopping furniture selection, I worked with Michelle Singh and she was very helpful in assisting me with window treatments, as well as custom area rugs, a custom sofa and a beautiful bedroom set that was in there show room. design services are also complementary. Michelle is wonderful I was recommended to her by a friend who purchased a home in the keys and Michelle made multiple visits there to make sure all measurements were taken and delivery went smoothly. I’m excited to be working with her on my first home in south Florida as I am relocating from the NYC area.

Sara was my sales person and she did a awesome job. She was patient and kind. whenever I had a question she always returned my call in a timely manner. I bought a dining room table and chairs and couch from here. Very happy with my purchases and the delivery was done with a lot of care. Quality furniture and customer service:)
