Matt is the best doctor around with the knowledge and concern for your entire body during any treatments received at MHC. I have never felt more comfortable immediately upon meeting the staff and also felt more at ease with the approach to my recovery. I have multiple issues in my spinal area and without missing a beat, Matt was able to correct and adjust with immediate pain removal. I am very happy with all results and have finally found a chiropractor that is as concerned with my overall health as I am! If you don’t come by, your missing out on expert level treatment! After experiencing other Chiropractors and Massage therapists I have to say that Dr. Pollack definitely has the magic touch. His holistic method in fixing your body is just amazing. He goes out of his way to try to fix everything that might be wrong. He noticed my lymph nodes were swollen and asked me if I was sick and told him I have this bad phlegm since mid November that has not gone away. He told me not to worry and after his chiropractic adjustment that lingering cold was gone! He also took care of some knots I had on my upper back from too much stress. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Pollack to everyone and will continue to see him when ever I need any type of adjustment.

Dr. Matt is the best. Anytime I’m in town, he’s my go to for an adjustment.
His holistic approach to wellness is just the right dose to get you feeling rejuvenated and stress free in all the areas that suffer most.
Desk/​Computer stress, travel fatigue and soreness, and overall posture irregularities are greatly improved even from one visit.
I would highly recommend getting an adjustment from Dr. Matt.

Went back to Miami and yes, went to Matt once again due to all the traveling/​plane sitting. The culprit was my lower back this time. Matt fixed me right up, right in time for Art Basel. Great to have a go to chiropractor whenever I visit town!

Suffered a broken back early in my life. I have been working at restoring my stability and core strength for years. Dr. Pollack was quick to find the points in my spine that required tweaking and in a few swift motions was able to bring fluidity back in my neck and back. I am sensitive to who I let correct me, and he was someone I would allow to do work on any area of my spine.

I had persistent pain in my shoulder for years that sometimes also caused headaches or pain in my arms and fingers. I went to visit Dr Pollack and explained the pain I had and he fixed it with a quick adjustment. The pain went away immediately and the nagging pain and headaches I’ve had for years hasn’t come back in the 5 weeks that have passed since.
He also told me my hips were not aligned by looking at my feet. I used to get lower back pain if I sat for a few hours like while on a plane or on a desk chair. I totally forgot about it but since the visit I realized I no longer have that pain as well.
I would definitely recommend a visit.

Dr. Pollak really understands the body and is very thoughtful in his treatment. He seeks the true cause of pain/​ailments which may not quite align with the where the pain actually manifests, thus providing a very holistic approach to treatment. He also takes the time to explain what is going on and providing suggestions for preventive care. I’ve experienced great discomfort at various times throughout my upper body and Dr. Pollack has been able to care for it within 1 – 2 sessions. His medical massage is top notch with the strength to work out some of the biggest, toughest knots — trust me, I know from experience. I’m happy to have found someone who provides great care at a reasonable price.

Dr. Pollack did an amazing job today. He is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. My first visit to a chiropractor and I’m extremely satisfied. I have no more pain or discomfort in my neck and back. He truly has healing hands. His assistant Celeste is great as well. I will definitely continue visiting so that my muscles will stay in check!
