After having my box with the UPS Store for 9 years never had a problem with the owners they sold the store in October 2015 the new owners are rude they change the box numbers all they did was bad mouth the previous employees they didn’t deliver my mail properly so I’m closing my box in finding a new company

I like this UPS store because the location is convenient and it’s open until 7 pm. The staff here is very helpful and friendly. They have everything you need for shipping packages. They also have mailboxes for rent.

Went in on a Saturday ten minutes before closing. They were busy, and things were tossed about from a day of customers. But the staff was professional and kind. They weren’t annoyed or rude or put out! Which sounds like a given, but really seems to be the exception.
Would definitely go back if I needed any of the myriad of their services.
