Green Gate Olive Oils

Really good selection of infused oils and the great part of this shop specifically is that they bottle your oil for you on the spot. There is no wondering how long your product has been sitting on the shelf. The only downside is that the shop is pretty tiny so it is sometimes easy to miss things as you try to navigate around other patrons. They are also closed on Sundays, but so is most of the village (sadly).

Visited here during a Thanksgiving trip to see my Dad. This was a wonderful find to say the least. Wall to wall olive oil and vinegar tasting WITH bread! Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar, White Grapefruit Balsamic Vinegar, and Wild Mushroom & Sage olive oil just to name a few of the gems found here.

Amazing Balsamic! Its so good. I wish I had some right now just talking about it.
Our parents bought us some olive oil and balsamic vinegar when they visited from out of town. I put that Balsamic on salads and pretty much everything else. How can it be so good?!
Olive oil was just okay but it was very fresh tasting just like you get in Italy straight from the press. Yum!

Smooth Olive Oil and great tasting Balsamic! Yesterday I found a new crush for sure!!! A couple of hours before lunch we were discovering «the Village» and this was the first place that caught my eye. Curiosity got the best of me and I checked it out — Just one taste of one olive oil and _​_​_​_​OH man!!! Maybe one more (I’m not using the bread chunks) I’m drinking these from tiny sample cups, why distort these wonderful flavors! After several minutes my friend came in to see what I was doing and starts drinking this stuff too! I do not remember which ones I tasted except these: Persian Lime Whole fruit Infused, Blood Orange Whole fruit infused and Ascalano (from California).
Then the Balsamic Vinegars Wowey!!! Here is a rundown of the ones I tasted: Strawberry Balsamic, Black Cherry Balsamic, Espresso Vinegar, White Grapefruit Balsamic, Red Apple Balsamic, Pomegranate Balsamic, Fig Balsamic, 18 year aged Balsamic, Lavender Balsamic! All were fantastic!

Absolutely awesome place to find infused olive oils and fragrant balsamics for the foodie in you! It’s also an awesome place to get gifts for special occasions too! I always bring my out-​of-​towners here to impress them with this über cool specialty shop!
