We have been using Mack Maids for a couple of months now and I am very pleased with their work! Our house always looks great when they are done! I have some special requests with cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaners used, they have accommodated any request I’ve made which is great. I also work from home full time and they are flexible to work around my family while they are here cleaning. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone who was searching for a cleaning service.

Mack Maids was recommended to me by an acquaintance who knew I wanted temporary help after having my baby. They have absolutely blown me away! Crystal and Brandy were fantastic — they showed up early, put my «nesting» deep-​cleaning to shame, and I thoroughly enjoyed having them in my home. Plus, their rate is very reasonable, especially for all they did, and when I needed to reschedule — twice — due to being overdue, Tina was incredibly understanding and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this company! Thank you Mack Maids!

Krystal and Angela who work for Mack Maids do a great job. They are so thorough and dedicated. No only do they do all that is required, they always look for something extra that needs doing and they do it without being asked. And they are pleasant! I would highly recommend Mack Maids if you are particular like me. I like clean and sparkly!

I moved to Pinehurst this year and have tried several cleaning services. Mack Maids is by far the best! I have 4 indoor cats and a small dog. I also have an obsession with cleanliness. Mack Maids vacuum my furniture every time they come to my house and actually remove the hair! They make my whole house shine. If you are not happy with something, tell them and they will tweek their service to fit your needs. They have improved my quality of life and peace of mind immensely. I would recommend that you give them a try. Wendie

I am an extreme neat freak by nature and have never been completely happy with any cleaning crew ever… until I found Mack Maids!!! They are completely attention to detail, polite, and so happy to please! Nancy is absolute amazing, a total joy to see every week! I wish that I could rate them much higher than 5 stars!!!
