Awesome mom and pop pizza joint. Arcade games and great pizza. This place is a hidden gem in the age of chain restaurants which serves greasy pizza.

Ordered 4 large pizzas for our golf group! We loved all 4, only improvement might be 25% more sauce. Very friendly staff & pizza was ready for takeout in the 35 minutes they quoted.

Good not great pizza but the owners are very friendly and accommodating. As a New Yorker I consider myself a bit of an aficionado, but PP is more than passable. Ask for the crust well done.

Always friendly and the best pizza around. Come here at least once a week. We’ve tried Vito’s, SoPies, and all the local pizza… this is our favorite.

Visited yesterday while on a golf trip after reading many other positive reviews. Happy to report the meal was everything we hoped it would be after 36 holes on the course. The meatlovers pizza was spectacular and the wings were extra crispy, as requested. Both the owner and our waitress were quite pleasant… will absolutely return next time were in town from VB !! 5 stars !

I absolutely love Pinehurst Pizza and the owners are so sweet! They are from Philadelphia, so the pizza has excellent northern red«gravy» that is sweeter. The crust is amazing, and they don’t just throw toppings on! I am seriously making myself hungry. Great salads and appetizers, good choices of beer. Very family friendly atmosphere, with arcade games and a cool diner vibe. This is a must try!

Best pizza in the area! If you’re with a group, the stuffed crust is to die for, but it’s big! Great place to bring kids. They have a small arcade area and a pool table. They also serve beer and wine. The owners are super friendly. One of our favorite places in Pinehurst.

My 5 star review is solely based on the white pizza with chicken. It’s sooo tasty! You cannot be disappointed. Try it! You’ll be glad you did. If you’re really getting crazy, add bacon too. Great customer service as well. Once they gave is the wrong pie and we didn’t notice until we got home. They called us right away and drove the right one over and didn’t even mention the first one. We had two huge pizzas all to ourselves! The mistake pie was something normal, like sausage and pepperoni. I remember thinking it was ok, but no where on the white pizza level.

This place is a very nice establishment. The pizza is ok, nothing to write home about. I haven’t had their salads but will try next time. The best thing here is their customer service. I went alone… With 3 kids under 4. They really took care of us. The games are fun for the children and they even have air hockey. Great place for the kids.

An unassuming little place off what seems to be a residential street. The people were great, Very friendly! Each booth has its own tv and the server even let me put on a game I wanted to watch! The have a row of video games too. Great place for kids! The pizza was good but nothing really special imo, however, everything else was so good I’d go back again!

I’m not really one to write reviews(until today anyway), but I felt compelled to write about my experience at Pinehurst Pizza. I came in a bit after opening time and chatted with the owner for a while, and he made me feel right at home. The pizza I ordered was hot, fresh and delicious. Décor is up to date with table side TVs in each booth. I appreciated the service including free refills and a to-go box with wax paper inside so slices wouldn’t stick to each other. Great food and great service… I will go back again for sure. Highly recommended.

Fresh, delicious pizzas. The crust is thin with just the right amount of crispness. The sauce is on the sweeter side, not spicy, which complements the sausage and pepperoni so well. Haven’t had the sandwiches or salads but they look generous in size and colorful… a sign of freshness! The place is very casual and so welcoming to families. There is a pool table, air hockey and ping pong as well as a few arcade games. A few let kids earn tickets, 5 = a piece of candy. Totally looks like a cute pizza parlor with the red, black and scheme. What really makes this place different though is the owners, Doug and Lynn. Feels like you’re visiting family when you come. But they close on Mondays(we learned that the hard way in March). So happy to be back on Pinehurst and enjoying the pie here! Most likely we’ll hit it again this week. Oh! And full coolers of beer! Domestic, import and some IPAs($ 3−4/each!!) Never disappointed! Always leave full!

Great pies. The 20″ Stuffed Crust Pizza will put you in a food coma, in a good way. Owner said 3.5 lbs of cheese just in the crust… uhhh yes please. Will be back.

My favorite place for pizza in the Sandhills area! We buy extra and freeze! They use flour from Italy which doesn’t aggravate my gluten sensitivity. Nice folks! Salads are wonderful. A little pricier but worth it!

A family-run business(the father was making the pizza and the son was our server), Pinehurst Pizza exemplifies everything a shun-piker looks for in finding good eats. And boy are the eats good. In fact, they’re great. Thin, crispy crusted pizza with sweet tomato sauce(but not too sweet) is their specialty. It’s a win. If you’re debating where to go, look no further. I wish we lived closer to this place – we’d be regulars. My tip: add the fresh garlic to the top of your pizza.

I hate to give this place 4 stars after seeing all the 5’s, but I just didn’t think the food was that amazing. To be blunt, the pizza was mediocre. I was almost shocked to read some of the other reviews suggesting that this was the best pizza in the state. To each her own, but I’ve had many pizzas(even when not including NY pizzas) that I thought were a lot better. That being said, there were a couple of things that bumped PP up from its 3-star taste:(1) You can get colossal pizzas here.(2) They have TVs in the booths and stuff to do around the restaurant: playing pool while waiting for my pizza was a definite bonus.(3) The service was great. I think our waitress was the owner. Regarding credit cards, there was a minimum, and if I remember correctly, it was pretty high – something like $ 30.
