One star minus one star!
Over $ 7,000 in total charges, all paid in full, and my truck is, unlike before the «repair» work, leaking like a sieve. Original work was started in May of 2011 and today is 10÷7÷2011. My truck has been back to this guy’s shop at least half a dozen times. He keeps giving me the run around so I gave him a deadline of 10÷7÷2011 to start the correction of the problem. NOTHING but excuses! Avoid at all cost! The guy (Doc) seems like the kindest person in the world but he will screw you, BIG TIME! I have just filed a BBB complaint and will start law suit process if I don’t get an immediate response. It’s a no brainer suit. He simply did subpar work and left me to deal with the consequences. A total rip-off!!!
