Drive thru is very slow. After waiting 15mins in the drive thru my order still wasn’t ready and the girl in the window didn’t even know which order was mine. I was told that it isn’t always like this but I won’t be coming back to this location

Not big on fast food but I was starving and on the way home. Ordered the BK veggie burger and value fries. I love BK fries and they were actually good. Staff were friendly. However, I asked for no mayo on the veggie burger and they put it on anyway. Bread was kind of limp and soggy, too. I guess you get what you pay for here.

This restaurant has very poor customer service. Time after time I have received either poor customer service or my order was wrong. The only reason why I continue to go back is because I like their breakfast sandwiches, and it’s the nearest one to me. If you choose to go to this restaurant don’t expect very much from them. My server at the drive thru was Chrystal. Also, I tried to call and complain, and their number is disconnected.

Stopped by the drive-thru for breakfast to get an oatmeal for my daughter since I was in a rush. The oatmeal was given to me in a coffee cup and it looked pretty nasty, my daughter who is a toddler thought so too, and she loves oatmeal. I will no longer venture into this place again. I didn’t have time to take it back to them, money wasted, lesson learned.

Rude employees and disgusting environment. It took me 13 minutes to be waited on and when someone finally emerged from the back to take my order, the woman was extremely rude to me. The employees loudly carried on personal conversation about marijuana. I could not be more appalled. My «server“‘s name was Jill.
