The Dimmit Automotive Group is «top shelf» when it comes to service/​repairs, professionalism, and customer service. Their staff treats you like you are royalty. After driving from PA to FL I was hearing a horrible noise coming from the engine compartment of my Cadillac SRX. Without an appt on a Sat morning, they took me right in even though they were swapped with 19 other patrons w/​appts. It took a little over 2 hrs for a diagnosis. I had several things at issue including replacing a timing chain (that was the noise), both motor mounts were shot, and the rear differential bushing needed replacing. The service director told me they would not be able to start repairs until after the parts came in on Mon. He projected my car w/​b ready late Tue. He showed me to the customer lounge w/​over stuffed chairs and told me to help myself to the complimentary coffee & doughnuts. Knowing I was in FL on vacation they said we are going to loan you a new SRX so my vacation would not be interrupted or that I would be left stranded. The service director said that the use of the SRX would be complimentary and that they would call me when my car was ready. When they called I went back to pickup my car. Not only did they fix my car, they cleaned it up. To top every thing off, they apparently saw my golf clubs in the back of the car. The service manager handed me 2 sleeves of Titleist Pro V1 golf balls with the Cadillac logo imprinted on them. I have always been treated well by Cadillac dealers, but DIMMITT Auto Group tops all of them.

Kerven Dennis at Dimmitt Cadillac provided the best service I’ve ever experienced while shiopping for a new car. His extremely kind and approachable demeanor solidified my confidence for the new purchase. My experience was an ¹¹⁄₁₀!

Suffering a blow out Friday PM @ 7 PM, I called Roadside Assistance & spoke with Sabrina in MI. who arranged for a driver from your Clearwater location to bring a temporary spare, to my home which I was able to get back to. In sort order he changed the tire & was on his way all within two hours of my mishap.
Saturday, after securing a new tire, I called your service dept. and talked to Todd about returning the tire on Monday and having a warranty oil change performed. Todd said that Monday was already full but that if I could be there within an hour they would accommodate my oil change immediately.
WOW. I was impressed. Todd was EXTREMELY upbeat, positive, friendly, warm, gracious, humorous plus professional. He DAZZLED me and I observed him treating a couple from across the state who were in need with the same passion and compassion. WELL DONE!

I purchased a used Aston Martin from this dealer sight unseen & had it shipped back to me in California. Buying a car without seeing or driving it first is a risk at best. When the car arrived there were a couple of small issues with the car which the dealer quickly addressed to my complete satisfaction. I can honestly recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a high end vehicle. I would not hesitate in stating that if you are looking to buy a car you can 100% trust this dealer. If you are in another state you can purchase your vehicle & know that you are buying from a first class dealer. Dimmitt Automotive Group is a 10 out of 10 in my books. Way to go guys.

I went in to test drive a vehicle at Dimmitt Land Rover primarily because they were a Truecar certified dealer. They were very nice but flat out lied to me when we began to discuss numbers. One guy told me that the Truecar discount was $ 1,400 but then when he tagged out and passed me to another guy the discount dropped to $ 750. Still more than Reeves was willing to give but I knew they were full of it when the manager actually told me that there was only a $ 3,000 markup in a $ 60,000 car. What a crock! I ended up making an inquiry to Land Rover in Ft Myers and they gave me a great deal. The sales manager offered the discount I was looking for and I didn’t even have to ask for it. It was a completely different experience and well worth the drive. Between Dimmitt and Reeves I almost gave up on Land Rover altogether. Too bad because Land Rover really does make a nice SUV.

Fast, Friendly and Reliable Service. Brought the CTS in for regular scheduled maintenance (Tire Rotation and Oil). Great Staff, very nice facilities and most of all they are open on Saturday. This is the third dealership I’ve taken my CTS to and they are by far the best.

Very nice employees here. Offer coffee and donuts while you wait. I had 2 Cadillacs for awhile and did all my servicing here. They can usually get you out in 60 to 90 minutes but offer all the comforts of home.
