Coffee was hot, donut was fresh, service was prompt and polite, and I received a napkin when served. I was a very pleased customer, and will be back in the morning before my workshop. I am from out-of-town, and would like to take this store back to Fort Myers when I go!

I drive by 2 other Dunkin Donuts to get to this location. The staff is super friendly and customer focused. They remember me and my order everytime I visit. The only issue is the traffic flow for the parking lot and drive thru. Busy morning hours, the line usually backs up onto 19. Hope they fix that soon!!!

Donuts are good but far from great. I still dont get why people love their coffee its just ok. I tried their steak burrito simply out of curiosity but it sucked. What are they thinking, no salsa available for breakfast burritos. Fail!

½ Price Happy Hour 3−6pm! Friendly staff made my iced coffee exactly how I requested it. (½ Ice, 3 S&W’s and ½ n ½) I hate when they put in 90% ice.
