Had a great shopping experience at this Mattress Firm location (the one in Shoppes at Park Side). The sales associate, James, gave us detailed information in helping us decide which mattress met our needs, was friendly and competitively matched other Labor Day sales from competitors. Mattress was recently delivered by friendly, professional delivery men and the mattress we picked exceed our expectations.
Thanks again to James and highly suggest this location to other shoppers!

The sales manager is the worst sales person I have ever had to dealt in my life, he was rude, annoying and generally an ass. The one good thing I will point out is I got the mattress for much cheaper then advertised or even his «get it out the door» price, since there is such a huge markup on mattresses and they are desperate to sell them they are always up for negotiations, so make sure you are talking to someone in charge and do not to pay there asking price ever!
