One of the better Pizza Huts in the area. Management and staff are always nice and they get your food to you within the promised time unlike most places.

Good pizza. Great bone out wings. Fast but could be a little more friendly. Depending on the time of day/night you go, staff can be so so and other times, top notch.

It’s a Pizza Hut. Not much to say and I only go maybe 2 times a year for their lunch buffet. Their lunch buffet is very thorough, has thin and regular crust assortments of pizza along with many different types of pizza’s — meat lovers, veggies, bbq… whatever they feel like making I suppose. You can also request a specific topping if you want. The lunch buffet also comes with your choice of a caesar or garden salad served in a CHILLED salad bowl. Definitely good marks for that. The lunch buffet is not just pizza though, they also have pasta, breadsticks, marinara sauce, and I’m pretty sure cinnamon sticks also. All-in-all, a solid experience, but still just a Pizza Hut.

I had a gift card from Christmas that they don’t accept at the Express locations, so I went out of my way to find an actual full Pizza Hut. I was lucky enough to come during buffet hours(who doesn’t love a pizza buffet?). There was a sign at entry that said wait to be seated, but when a worker saw me, he said to sit wherever I liked. I ordered the buffet for my wife and I, and we went to work — eating more than our fair share of cheesy, saucey, carbs. Based on the buffet selection alone, I would have to have given this more of a 2 to 2 ½ stars. There were no breadsticks, and none were ever brought out. In fact, no new pizzas were brought out in the 45 minutes we were there. The buffet did not include any salad bar either. But to be fair, there were only a couple other people in the joint, and I think we were the only ones eating from the buffet. Then, like magic, it all changed when the waiter asked if there was anything special we wanted to be brought out before they shut it down. By wife blurted out bread sticks… and maybe a pepperoni pizza, but we didn’t want to waste the whole thing as we would only eat a piece or two of it. The guy said«no problem, just a few minutes.» So we waited patiently, hoping not to begin to feel full as we sat in anticipation. Then we saw him, bringing a fresh basket of bread sticks and piping hot pizza out of the kitchen. But rather then stop to load the buffet, he brought it directly to our table(like I said, we were the only ones eating from the buffet, and they were about to close it down.) We had more than our fill and took the rest home in a box. So all in all, not a bad deal… order the buffet and get a pizza and bread sticks to go! I have a feeling that if it were very busy, the service would have been a little lack-luster(as it usually is), but based on this experience, we would definitely go back, just for the awesomeness of our waiter.

Went here for lunch with a $ 5 all-you-can-eat coupon. I hate to say, between the slow service and the food… $ 5 was all it was worth. Drinks were an extra cost. I like some of Pizza Hut’s pizzas, especially the thin and crispy ones, but some of the thicker pizzas were almost doughy and uncooked. Yuck! Maybe I’ll just stick to the home delivery, which I’ve found no problem with.

One would think that having a solid corporate identity with a pre-made menu would be a no brainer as far as service goes. And no brains does their service have. I had a miserable experience there. Was out running errands with my young child and wanted to sit down for an easy lunch and be served. Huge mistake going here. Went inside, was greeted by no one. Stood by the hostess stand for over 5 minutes. Was greeted by no one. Someone was working carry out a mere 10 feet from me, answering phone, scurrying about. She made eye contact but could even mutter a hello to me. So I sat myself down. Only 5 tables occupied in the restaurant being service by TWO, yes 2 waiters. The waitress in my section, also operating in a myopic tunnel, systematically went to all 5 tables, skipping over me 3 times. Never even looked up to say hello. So I’m sitting there with my child and she finally meanders over and asks me if I want a menu. You think??? By that time I was fed up. No milk for a child. Only juice and soda so clearly Pizza Hut has no problem contributing to childhood obesity and poor dental hygiene. Stick a fork in me, I was done with them. I told the waitress«no thank you» and out I walked. The lady working the carryout/delivery looked up finally to tell me to «have a great day?» «Are you kidding me?», I replied. You’d think with unemployment almost 10% in Florida that they’d be able to find able bodies hospitality people with experience and capabilities. As they say, #H(% flows down so it must start with the management. I mean, look at the photos they loaded here on Unilocal.I filed a complaint with corporate. Their autoresponder email said someone from the restaurant will be contacting me within 3 business days. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. There you go! Skip going here. Instead, go south on 66th St either before or when you pass this restaurant and go to the Cuban Restaurant, La Teresita at 710166th Street North in Pinellas Park. I was greeted with smiles and menus. My daughter had her precious milk in less than 5 minutes.
