After my original post, I finally had resolution to my window problem. A new service rep was hired, and the defective areas on my windows were replaced. We are satisfied with the workmanship. Practical Windows asked me to take down the original post. I would not hire them again just because of my personal experience with the owner, but at least they finally made it right after six months. I think my situation was not the norm, and many people seem pleased with their windows. The new service rep, Jeff J., was excellent to deal with, and he is a great addition to this company.

practical windows and doors came to my mom’s home and omg his crew destroyed the foundation my mom order some windows for the front of the house and when they shows up it wasn’t the windows she wanted, but jeff told his crew steve its what he wanted and not what my mom wanted, this man has sent threats to my mom, told her he put a lien on her home, then sent another threat saying he was going to take her home away from her cause she refuse to pay $ 3600, cause this man wont fix the damage to her home, no inspector has been out to inspect the windows, the windows suck, not put in right, my window wont lock and he said the windows cost $ 700.00 each and if so why can I still hear the people across the street slamming doors
