I recently visited this office to have a full body check for skin cancer. I saw PA Endicott and she was so nice and very re-assuring. I told her that skin cancer runs in my family and that I was nervous about possibly having it as well. She re-assured me that they would get everything and take care of it. I had 4 spots biopsied and just got the results today. Unfortunately I have to have surgery on 3 of the spots, but I am confident in their ability to take care of me.

The only reason this office is getting 2-stars is due to the support staff. Was originally referred to this office to see Dr. Dewberry; but he did not have available appointments any time soon that would work with my schedule. The pleasant young lady on the phone suggested that I see Kathryn Endicott, ARNP(although I was not advised that she was NP at the time of booking the appointment) as an alternate. The nurse that took my vitals and asked all the preliminary questions was VERY sweet. I wish I could remember her name(started with a «T» and she was blonde). Then Ms. Endicott came in and the mood instantly changed. She was curt and unpleasant. Just sat back in her chair and could have cared less! Within a few minutes I was ready to walk out. I was there to inquire about starting a new drug from my psoriasis as all my previous medications were not working. Without skipping a beat she said, «well, what do you need from me? Did you want a RX refilled, or what?» Zero sympathy, zero bedside manner. She said, «you don’t qualify, its not bad enough.» Now… my issue was not that she was telling me that I was ineligible for the new medication, but just with HOW she said it. I was flabbergasted. Long story short, I will NEVER go back to this office again.
