The Furniture Guys

I bought all new furniture for our condo in Belleair, FL from The Furniture Guys. I dealt with George, Jr. by phone from California. He was responsive and helpful and provided great customer service. He also gave me great prices. We were able to arrange delivery before I flew to Florida (I hired someone to meet the delivery guys and let them in, of course). I am very happy and would buy from them again. There were a couple of minor hiccups in the process and George, Jr. was more than happy to do everything possible to make my buying experience as pleasant and trouble free as possible. I’m not only happy with the furniture I purchased (and my husband loves it too), but I really appreciated George, Jr’s excellent customer service.

Really great service. Friendly and informational. They have amazing prices, the best I’ve seen around Florida and I worked in a furniture shop for over 7 years. I’ll be purchasing my mattress there for certain.

I found this place when we were moving into our new home and we needed a new couch. I needed a true corner sectional and looked everywhere and could not find what I was looking for. The Furniture Guys had EXACTLY what I wanted and the price was right. We purchased the sofa and are very, very happy with it.
6 months later and we need a new mattress and as we all know MATTRESS SHOPPING SUCKS! I made the typical rounds with the well known major bed retailers. I had two sales people literally follow me out of the store and I thought one guy was going to break out in tears when I left. It was awful.
We found a memory foam with gel mattress at the Furniture Guys that we liked earlier in the day. We found others that we liked as well, however the price was usually more than double of what we liked at the Furniture Guys place. We went back, tired and hungry after making the rounds and tried the bed out again and decided to take it. This was on a Saturday afternoon and they said they could deliver it that day! I wasn’t expecting anything before Monday so that was a bonus. The delivery guy didn’t show up until 7:00pm that night but they did get the bed there.
Sunday morning I wake up at 4:00am in back pain agony. I was convinced that I could not sleep on that bed and went back to the store to find out what my options would be. The receipt he gave me the day before was for someone else, so we got that switched out. George was very patient with me and listened to my concerns. He explained that going from a coil bed to memory foam will take some adjustment and the mattress will become less firm with use. He suggested that we give it a little time and if we were still unhappy he would make it right. I took him at his word and lo and behold slept like a baby the second night!
However, in looking at my receipt after we got home, I noticed that I was overcharged by $ 53.00. I called George and he issued a credit right over the phone. I do believe it was just an honest mistake and he was quick to fix it.
I totally recommend this place and I will return in the future for sure. Love the couch and the mattress. His prices are crazy good too!
