Ace Hardware

Wow~ What great service! I was very impressed with this Ace. I came in with a 10 year old bottle of pipe defreeze stuff (you use it to pour in your pipes so they don’t crack when it freezes). The gentlemen who jumped to assist me laughed heartily at the old bottle, and took me to where the new and improved products were. He was very patient with all my questions and explained the differences of each bottle.
I had also brought in a nasty bug in a plastic bag, and asked him what I needed to buy to kill it; once again he walked me to the isle and showed me all the different products. He also told me of an alternative to the harsh chemicals (diatomaceous earth) that was much safer and cheaper to use. The customer service was amazing and I if I lived in Pinetop this is where I would do all of my home/​hardware shopping.
