We made an appointment; the day of the appointment Geraldine called to cancel because the tech was ill. We were told we would receive a phone call that afternoon to reschedule (Geraldine was on a field trip). Waited all day; no phone call. Tried to call; no answer and the voicemail box was full. Very disappointed; poor business practices.
