I went here for some front end work on my car after I got into a fender bender. Going here was the best decision. Every aspect was great– from calling to find out hours of operation and if I needed to make an appointment to the estimate to picking up my car-early. The estimate PPB gave me was easy to understand and I was given options. They really took the time to explain things to me. I was told about potential issues that could only be seen once everything was taken apart, so there would be no real surprises. For the first time ever, I left a garage with a very good understanding what was happening. Thankfully, my car had no other issues than what we went over and my car was finished a day earlier than quoted. Highly recommended.
