Current resident. Honestly just dont bother. With what you will pay in utilities due to this run down complex you might as well go someplace nice. Staff is rude and rarely returns phone calls. It took me 3 tries to get someone on the phone to help me. Also, don’t expect your doors to shut. They have been out twice for both doors and you can still see daylight thru the cracks in the door. Im talking all the way from the handle to the floor. When I complained that my electric bill was insane $ 180(rose over 100 due to the hot weather and my AC having to run all day). I was basically told its not their problem and because I live on the 3rd floor its going to be higher. They also said they cant promise an air tight appartment. They also didnt properly clean out the fridge. There is a tray that removes from the bottom of the freezer. Our ice was tasting gross and after multiple times to the apt we realized that underneith that tray was pure mold. Of course we had to clean it ourselves because who would leave their food in there any longer.

Lived there between 2010−2012… Lasted that long because I procrastinated in looking for a new place… So the run down, apartments are old and always in need of maintenance which hardly is ever available until 3 days after… Neighbors are left to be desired… Front office was helpful when in person… I loved the cookies that they made available to visitors…
