This is one of the few liquor stores that are in Pinole between Old Town and Pinole Valley. Bill’s has a bit of a wider selection of alcoholic beverages compared to other liquor stores around. Their shelves are also well stocked.
The workers here are very friendly. They greet you upon entry and actually make small talk as they ring you up.
They do accept debit and credit cards; however, there’s a $ 0.99 charge. At least there’s no minimum!

Bill’s has mostly unpriced beers and sodas. priced beers at top of reasonable range.

I’ve been coming here every so often for many years. Small and cozy, they always have a good enough selection for a quick drink or some sweets. Friendly staff, but not too much into talking. Not a bad spot for a little liquor store, either.
