I had a last-​minute need — I just closed on my house and I needed to get the floors refinished and cured quickly before I started moving in. Being in a bind made me nervous, as you can imagine. I called around.
Classic came through in a stellar way. Jim gave me a straightforward and simple estimate and did it quickly. He was articulate and reliable when discussing their current commitments, their availability to complete my house, the amount of time needed until the floor was move-​in ready, and the how and whom of getting it done. I really appreciated Jim’s honest and clear discussion and that Classic did exactly as he said.
It gets better, because the quality of the work is what you live with each day and every year after. Ricardo showed up on the day we discussed, and completed the work right on time and in such unbelievably beautiful detail that left no corner or edge showing evidence of what once was. Let me repeat — Detailed. The floor was smooth, flat, and bright everywhere. Ricardo is a true craftsman who clearly takes pride in his work and has an eye for detail that leaves me unbelievably without anything to critique. I’m still admiring Ricardo’s work three months later. Great experience.

Ilan Lov, owner of Classic Floors responds quickly to calls, carefully schedules the work for your convenience and charges competitive rates. His workers are quiet, pleasant, neat, careful to follow instructions, and work quickly. They leave the job site immaculate.
They had to split the job into 3 floors at one time, and then return after my carpenter completed some work in the fourth room, and all worked out without a hitch.
I had them install bamboo floors, & they’re all beautiful.

My wife and I have had two great experiences with Ilan, the owner of Classic Floors. He refinished the floors in our house, and recently laid a floor in our office. Both jobs had challenges, the house floor being old and damaged, and the office walls being very crooked, and both turned out being fabulous. What impressed me the most with Ilan’s work is his follow-​up. He has been to our house a couple of times since finishing the floor over 3 years ago, and the first thing he does when he enters is check to see how his work is holding up.
