While I understand Unilocal reviews are intended to be for businesses, I am more interested in recommending the services of Rick Capps, the agent to recently assisted me with the purchase of my fifth and probably my last purchase, a seniors mobile home.
As an over 60 year old female who has wanted to purchase an East San Francisco Bay Contra Costa County residence for a number of years, after spent two years trying to find an affordable single family, condo or townhouse while living in Los Angeles, I abandoned the effort of trying to negotiate purchases from so far away due to the lack of affordable properties and the high cost of commuting back and forth to and from Los Angeles to San Francisco.
After relocating back to the Bay area for the fifth and last time, and after finding a local job that helped me qualify for a loan not solely dependent on my Social Security income, I spent another 2 ½ years trying to purchase a stick home, but the still high cost and the lack of most realtors interest in a mobile home due to the limited commission, made a purchase difficult.
This is where Mr Rick Capps entered the pictures by assisting me with numerous purchase offers on mobile homes, with the most recent one resulting in an affordable purchase despite the small brokerage fees. This level of assistance and professionalism is uncommon, especially for those whose income is based on their productivity. His understanding of my purchase needs combined with his patience in preparing multiple offers until I was able to find the one that both fit my needs and budget, is uncommon. As the prior owner of two Southern California single family homes and two (Flagstaff) Arizona mobile homes, I am not unfamiliar with realtors and the purchase process.
I have referred friends and neighbors to Mr Capps in the hopes of others finding their own dream home as I have just done.
