This store is the absolute worst business I have ever dealt with in my life. Not only are they dishonest but they do not return phone calls in a timely manner. They treated my daughter and me in a way which was unprofessional and uncalled for. They did not disclose the information about their 30 day warranty on repairs and then lied about the repairs that they did do. If this was the last store on earth for a phone I would not go there. Customers beware: this store will only cause you grief. If you go to the store you will be very very very sorry.

We went in and bought a phone. Asked for the $ 40 plan with the $ 5 discount for family. They gave us the $ 60 plan instead. On the web site there was no way to downgrade. The site said we must talk to their terrible customer service.
There is supposed to be a $ 49 rebate on the phone, but we weren’t informed of it. Found the application on the MetroPCS website.
They also sold us a case for the phone for $ 15. Offered us a glass cover for $ 20 (no thanks). Found the same case on Amazon for $ 7 and the glass for $ 9. Went back to return the case but got an F You attitude from the owner. No returns for accessories even with a receipt even within 24 hours. Geez.
The owner knows nothing but how to be rude, but Mike is knowledgeable. He should work someplace that deserves him.
A call to the company store in Albany fixed our plan and got us credit. Use the company store. They know what they are doing, and seem honest and friendly.

I am a customer & I also recently painted their windows for the holidays… I found the owner, David to be knowledgeable, honest, fun & generous plus he paid me immediately (unlike the Hercules store)! He was celebrating Black Friday with specials, discounts, coffee, hot cocoa, cookies & Krispy Kreme donuts ! He recomended some great accessories for my iPhone & iPad & I am very pleased with their quality!
I recommend this store to my coworkers and anyone else looking for personalized knowledgeable service!

Great place to find a large selection of phones and accessories for most mobile phones. its clean and well maintained. I got a real nice 4G android, earphones & a super cute case all for $ 100! check them out for monthly sales & good customer service
