On our way from Tahoe to San Francisco you decide to stop by this Jamba Juice because we had stopped by the Krispy Kreme that’s right next door to grab some donuts so we figured why not let’s just grab a smoothie too. So ordered off the menu smoothie here it was called the pink star you know it was alright it many times to Jamba Juices and it just thought it tasted better elsewhere.

Just left this location again and still would keep it at one star! And the star is only for their convenience to how close it is to home and my pink star. But omg, they are so skimpy with their toppings on oatmeal! I asked for a brown sugar oatmeal with extra brown sugar on the side. I will post pics. Smh, how the hell do I get in contact with their franchise owner and COMPLAIN?!

Are the staff high? They are extremely slow and make drinks in the wrong order so the person who was 2 spots behind you in line very well may receive their drink before you do. Out of the 4 staff members on duty that day, only one was efficient.

The absolute best thing on a hot day is Jamba! Caribbean passion, mango a go go, and dream machine are some favs! Don’t forget about extra protein and vitamin boosts as well!

Very bad customer service. Very rude. They were not even closed as there was no closed sign. We were there 10 minutes before closing time. There were people ahead of us who ordered and got what they ordered. When we ordered smoothies we were told that they can’t make it for us as they have already cleaned up the machines. How can you clean your machines without closing the store? Never visiting this location again. We had our son who wanted to drink smoothie but we couldn’t buy for him.

This is a regular stopover for me when I’m heading to and from the Bay Area. I consider Jamba a healthier and far easier to consume option than fast food, and this location is just a hop, skip and a jump off the freeway.
I’ve never had a bad experience here. The employees are friendly, the drinks made as intended, the lines short or nonexistent depending on the time of day you visit. I was even sucked into a conversation with a couple friendly Pinolians (is that what you call them?) about the women’s World Cup while waiting for my drink and must say they were two of the friendliest folks I’ve met in awhile. I guess a positive atmosphere attracts positive people.
My go-​to drink it the Acai Super Antioxidant. It’s chock full of berries, vitamins and sweetness with a creamy kick. It’s also high in sugar, so I’ll curb my addiction by occasionally ordering a veggie/​fruit smoothie instead.

This was my first time being to this location, and I must say I was so impressed! The young man who took our order (I think his name was Andis) was incredibly helpful and attentive, and made the drinks to perfection. The store was clean and environement very welcoming, I’ll definitely be back again.

I’ve never been inside physically because my boyfriend is the one who always runs in and gets me a drink, but I always order a Pink Star. It has been made perfectly every time; not too tangy and not too sweet. I never wait too long either when my boyfriend grabs me a drink from here.

This location is clean and in a good location. Be aware of long lines during the hotter months, though, as the local high school is their neighbor.
The staff is nice and friendly here, and they’re also attentive. In addition, they’ve always been consistent with my drinks. They blend them really well too.
The only downside, barely one really, is that some orders can get placed out of order in the blenders during busier times. So, you may get your drink after the two people who were behind you in line.

This morning I decided to get jamba juice instead of my usual coffee and it must have been the wrong day to come. I ordered an aloha pineapple with extra ice and a cheddar tomato twist to eat. The gentleman at the register was possibly new because he didn’t know how to use the blenders. He must of put my drink to 3 different blenders trying to blend my smoothie. It took him forever. Not only did it take a while but I noticed while driving to work he messed up my order and gave me a parmesan twist instead of a cheddar tomato twist. I thought I’d try it since I already left and it was dry and doughy. Took one bite and threw it away.

Fourth time this week I’ve been here. I guess you can say I’m a little addicted. Especially since it’s conveniently located in a plaza near my boyfriend’s parents house.
I always order the Acai Super Antioxidant with granola on top.
The reason why I’m giving them a 4⁄5 stars is because they can’t consistently make my Acai as good as the other person.

This location is great. Clean, friendly staff, and quick service. They can blow through a line super quickly, and they’ve have always gotten my drink order correct. I love that they know all the random secret menu items I order.
Located in the Bön Air Shopping Centre next to the Wells Fargo riiiiight in the middle of the center. Plenty of parking when its not busy. During the afternoon rush or summertime, ehh, good luck.
Give some of the secret menu items a try: fruity pebbles, white gummy bear, red gummy bear

Berry Banana is usually my go to when I come here for a quick smoothie craving.
This is a clean place and not too busy perhaps It was somewhat early when I came in.
My smoothie lacked of berry and sweetness flavor perhaps too much ice was placed?
However the guy charged me $ 10 even for my smoothie and sports bottle in reality the total should have been almost $ 11-​$ 12?
This franchise is nearby Trader Joes and Peet’s so I will be a regular here when I visit home!

Jamba Juice is starting to get expensive. Almost $ 5 for a small sized smoothie. This is why I only come here on rare occasions. I ordered a Mango Smoothie and it was fine but it lacked mango flavor and a little bland. However, they gave me one of their jamba energy drinks for free with my order so I thought that was worth it but they probably won’t do that for long. So I mean it’s a cool place to grab a smoothie, it’s a jamba juice. Nothing special if you’ve had it before.

All the times I have been here it has been empty, with friendly and quick service! Which is awesome when you are on the go! Just avoid this place right after school is out because you will run into a whole bunch of high schoolers walking around or in line.
Other than, this place is great. Caribbean passion is awesome as always. Parking here is not a problem. Check it out!

4 stars cause the weather is perfect to grab a drink here! It usually gets crowded with students after classes, but they still make a mean strawberry surf rider!

Their smoothies are good but too overpriced for something that just takes a button press to make. Honestly, I only went here when they had their special 16oz for $ 1 a while back (normally it’s around $ 5)
My favorites were Apple ‘n Greens, Orange Carrot Karma, and Orange C-​Booster. In some of them I found frozen chunks of bland fruit. Refreshing, I guess.
The service here is friendly and quick. They always greet you when you enter, even though some aren’t as enthusiastic as others.
I’ll come back if I’m really, really craving another smoothie, or if they have another $ 1 deal.
