Noah’s Bagels

Customer Service is on point! The young lady that helped me, I can’t recall her name was so friendly and helpful. I ordered several muffins and bagels, and she offered to put them in the boxes for me, instead of having me do it. My order was confusing, because I was ordering double of everything for 2 clients and I wanted it a certain way, and she never got annoyed and in fact apologized that she may have put them in the wrong bag.

Great i love their bagels and breakfast sandwishes. They have great customer service. Good prices and good food

The ladies (and dudes, if there were any in the back somewhere I didn’t see) were busting their asses this morning to serve us as quickly as possible, so friendly and diligent! I guess I came during a busy Saturday morning rush, but I was in and out in less than 10min with my box of bagels and schmear (sp?). Great, great service, my first time at this location but I’ll be sure to go out of my way to come back again!

Drove all the way out for some delicious bagels and even better service. The cashier was nice and polite and provided my family and I with exceptional service. We will be back.

Noah’s bagels (1.25) aren’t my type, not flavorful enough.
the coffee is literally off or on. guess it depends how long it’s been sitting in the thermos.

–smooth, bold, no acidity
–better than most chain’s coffee

Okay, so I’ve heard of Noah’s but have never actually been. And after today I most likely will not return. So I’m already not feeling well, but keep a positive attitude. I go into Noah’s first couple of minutes are good. They were quick to take my order. I said specifically «medium chocolate hazelnut iced no whip cream and a chocolate chip coffee cake». The woman’s customer service was decent. I used to work in a cupcake shop and an ice cream shop and know what it’s like when your having a bad day but I would never express that to a customer. She came to ring me up and brought me a HOT chocolate hazelnut. I said «sorry! I actually wanted this iced» she gave me the nastiest look and just walked away. Didn’t say anything just walked away, informed her coworker (who seemed to be in a better mood than she was) that the bagels would be done in ten. Then made my coffee iced. And said thanks. That was it. While deciding if I was going to complain about her rude attitude I looked at her badge it said GENERAL MANAGER. I was shocked because if you’re manager shouldn’t you be leading by example? I just left I figured okay not great service but maybe the coffee and coffee cake would make up for that. The coffee was hardly iced and tasted like chocolate milk. They put way too many pumps of chocolate. I just threw it way. The two stars are for the coffee cake that was actually really good. However because of the awful service I got and nasty coffee I will stay faithful to Petes from now on!

Food is good, employees are ok, except for this one elder lady tends to be impatient when u ask different questions.

My dad comes here almost every morning before work and the times I’ve came with him the ladies working are pretty nice and quick but I went today at 1 and the lady working could barely hear what I ordered. I ordered a pizza bagel and a side of fruit salad. I remember the pizza bagel tasting waaay better when I came in the morning this one had way too much cheese and only 2 pepperonis. The fruit salad had 2 strawberries and 2 grapes and the rest pineapple but it was a tiny little thing.
I’m still giving it 4 stars cus I grew up on these bagels and they’re delicious with just simple cream cheese. I’ll just stick to going in the morning

I’ve been coming here almost every morning for the past month. The ladies working here are friendly and efficient and the bagels are consistently delicious. Couldn’t ask for anything more from a local bagel spot.

This is just all around bad. The woman who took my order somehow thought I said bacon bagel instead of 2 Lox sandwiches. Good thing she asked for a clarification. It was clearly a struggle for her to understand what exactly I wanted. I asked for no onion but could tell that was too much to ask so I just resolved to pick them off when I got my sandwich. Then I moved on to the girl who rang me up, who also seemed like her job was too difficult for her. Finally got my friend’s and my orders and the barista mixed up how our drinks should be prepared, one hot and one iced. So I got a hot chai and he got an iced coffee. Rather than try to remedy it, we walked out and I peaked in the bag. «At least there’s two sandwiches in here… now let’s see if they are what we even ordered.» Shockingly, 2 lox sandwiches were in the bag. Unfortunately, it was the most underwhelming lox bagel I’ve ever had. The salmon was just this pink tasteless meat. Can’t say I’ll ever go back here. I’ve never been to a Noah’s before and know they have a great reputation but this one seemed to be a poor example.
Oh and can’t forget the hickey on the order placing cashier’s neck. Class, class, class.

I’m not sure why this place gets such low reviews. I don’t think it’s the people working there so much as the people who frequent it… hate to say it.
I found the people who work here to be a constant pleasure to interact with. The bagels are fresh and delicious! I usually stick with a sesame seed bagel, toasted with cream cheese. Mmm Mmm good!

I love Noah’s Bagels but when they skimp on cream cheese its annoying. The bagels aren’t cheap here. Also, if possible don’t annoy the cashier and ask for extra cream cheese or she will snatch your money out of your hand, or roll her eyes… lol

I was really feening for some bagels the day I went so I stopped by. The workers are only great to you if you’re a regular, but if you’re like me that just urged for a bagel that day, the treatment is BLEH. They misspelled my name first of all and yes its my first time so dont look piss just cause Im not ready to order and know what I want.
My bagel came out and it was substantial.

This is a conundrum. Good food. Good prices. But my opinion is if this is what u know for bagels, fine. If you expect ny bagels, you’ll be left wondering. But really good food. Hence 3 stars. Great Choco chip
Cake. 9 grain bagel great. Lox good too.
And coffee is fantastic.
