Excellent! It was my first visit today for a facial today and I was so happy
My skin looked radiant. Ching. spends alot of time with you and when you are done you feel like you have a whole new face. I booked another appt for next month so I can try to maintain this excellent skin régime. It was the best facial I have ever had. And the price is so reasonable. She gives you lots of sample products to try. Cute salon as well. Very calm and peaceful.

I am new to the Bay Area and as a transplant, needed to establish new services, ie: hair stylist, dentist and esthetician to name a few. I went on Unilocal and saw Pampering Faces. It was close and I liked that part of the service included some dermabrasion. Ching attention to detail is great and I truly feel pampered when getting my facial. I also like the products she uses.

I have seen Ching twice since my initial visit and her work (wo)manship is still parallel to the very first time I’ve seen her. She truly cares about her work and the follow up. I can tell she enjoys her work by how meticulous she is with making my skin the best that it can be. She customizes every session that fits my skin, so no two sessions are identical! She really analyzes my skin, extracts all that she needs to (OUCH), but that’s what I appreciate– the individualized attention to MY skin! She sees another zit at the end? Pop it goes.
She gives great advice; I love the IMAGE SKINCARE line that she uses. I’ve used up all the samples she’s graciously given me and today I’ve bought a few of the items. I know I am on the right track to perfect skin!
It’s such a deal for such A+ quality work and service that Ching offers. Her work is such a value for how much she charges. It is pretty much a guarantee that you’re going to get more than what you paid for every time you see her. So why spend that money somewhere else where the service may or may not be great depending on who you get? No no no… Never with Ching!

Treat yourself to one of the best facials of your life. Ching is very sweet and patient. She really takes her time to make you feel special and cared for. She gave me the works-​and all for a very affordable price. I could write a Moby Dick sized review about how amazing she is but really just go check it out and see for yourself why this place has 5 stars. You will not regret it.

I have had two appointments with Ching now, and am thrilled not only with her services, but with how my skin looks in between treatments. I’ve previously traveled long distances to get my skin taken care of, but I don’t need to anymore. The environment is so relaxing and welcoming as well. She really is marvelous and well deserving of a 5-​star rating.

Ching is awesome! She’s a down to earth person and not pretentious at all. She talks to you about what you use, your daily skin regimen, diet, etc. She is very easy to talk to. I’ve been going to her for a few months and have noticed the improvements. She also has some great products too. Very affordable and she works around your schedule for appointments. I ‘ll continue to see her for a while. Cute little, relaxing office as well.

For my wife’s birthday, I got her the facelift package by Ching and massage by Tatum. She absolutely loved it and definitely coming back.
I cannot comment much since the services done were for my wife. However, Ching was always very responsive to my inquiries.

If you care about your skin, this is definitely the place to go. I thought my skin was great but since I found Ching, it has been amazing. Tons of complements about my skin since seeing her. Her products does wonders for my face. I highly recommend trying her at least once. You won’t be disappointed.

Not to sound conceited, but my face is my pride. So when school and work started to wear on my skin and cause break outs, I was desperate to seek a resolution with results. I had bookmarked Pampering Faces a while ago, but finally decided to make an appointment.
The sweetest face and personality greeted me at the door, Ching is such a beautiful person inside and out. She did so many things to my skin, suggested only the products I needed, did over and beyond what I had made an appointment for and only charged me for one service at the discounted rate.
It has been a week since I visited Ching and my face looks 100 times better than it had initially. The products Ching suggested is working miracles on my skin and the services she performed are definitely showing. I have another appointment scheduled this month and will continue to be a loyal patient of Ching’s.
I can not speak high enough of Pampering Faces and Ching’s miracle hands. I would definitely recommend her to anyone whether it is to improve your complexion or simply be pampered. Ching’s skin is SO beautiful and I aspire to have mine emulate hers one day too. With Ching’s work, I know I will reach that goal one day soon.

Ching works her magic! she’s amazing very meticulous about her work. I’ve been coming to Ching for years now and i would highly recommend her work to anyone. My skin has never felt or looked better.

Ching takes her time with you and she never pushes product. She gives you samples to take home so you can see which one works. Ching does not use cheap products. Her studio is extremely clean. Reasonable priced for all the services you get, because of this, she has loyal clients.

If it does get better than this, you’d have to mortgage your soul and saw off your leg to afford it. Ching did all that I could’ve wished for or imagined to my face (microderm, enzyme peel, the zappy light on my zits), massaged my neck and shoulders and simply made me feel and look fantastic — and all for a good price.
I was definitely a little bit nervous seeing her, as I had finally found my facialist of choice at Harmony in Vallejo only to loose her to. . unanswered phone calls, possibly a change of job, or god-​knows-​what. Turns out, Ching is equally wonderful and closer to my house.
Hooray– my face has a new home.

In preparation for my wedding, I wanted to have my skin at its best and I was very fortunate to find Pampering Faces. The service is excellent and Ching made sure that I understood every step as she explained the process for each treatment. She even has literature that explains the various treatments.
The ambiance is wonderful and relaxing and there was no rush, which further adds to the soothing environment. The prices are comparable to other salons of her caliber, if not lower and I had no difficulties in making appointments. She is gentle and careful and most importantly, I am very pleased with the results! I signed up for the peel and microdermabrasion treatments and she was very accommodating to adjust the treatment based on the condition of my skin. My skin was smooth, clear and radiant for my wedding and I continue to see her for my skin care needs.

I went to Pampering Faces for a facial. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked through the door. The place was beautiful, and comfortable. Very serene. Ching spent about 1 and ½ hrs on my face, working on all my problem areas. She still charged me for a 1 hour facial. She did such a good job. I noticed results right away. I can’t wait to go again!!!

The owner and esthetician, Ching, has done a good job for my facial/​waxing. She took time to make sure she gives a good service and to answer my questions regarding my skin. Moreover, she uses only good quality products.

My fiancé and I decided to get our facial done two weeks before our wedding. The owner, Ching, took us in after work and boy was it worth it! After having such a stressful past week taking care of wedding details, it was definitely a treat to get pampered. Ching is very professional, sweet and very helpful in allowing us to learn more about our skin. At the end of our facials, she even massaged our head, neck and arms — I loved it and so did my fiancé! And even better, our faces were glowing and felt so refreshed. I would definitely come back here again!

Pampering Faces is a quaint little operation in Pinole. The owner Ching does her magic upstairs above the Thee hair salon. She offers a wide range of facial services, but I keep going back to her because of the high quality products that she uses.
Ching understands skins conditions very well, so be vocal and express any concerns you have with yours. I’m currently in the middle of a session of treatments to help ease some rosacea and I have to say that my skin hasn’t been this calm in years. I highly recommend the organic line of products that she uses for anyone out there with sensitive skin.
