Great place and smooth process! When we decided to rent, we got there about 10 minutes before closing… and I’m sure people hate that. Almost time to go home and then someone walks in also… I think Naomi (the nice woman who helped us) seemed to be a little under the weather… but yet… here she was giving us amazing 5 star service! What a trooper! A month later, we downgraded to a smaller unit and still the whole process was perfect! Thanks a bunch!

Shantel is cool but public storage had raised my rents multiple times they use the bait and switch hook you in on a low rate once all your stuff is moved in rents go up and up …

This facility is located right off highway, and it has been very-we’ll maintained. The floor is clean and the it doesn’t feel stuffy at all. Shantel (hope I didn’t misspell her name), the staff member who helped me, is super attentive, friendly, and patient. She showed me various size units which was extremely helpful for me to choose from. Glad I chose you.

Love this place! The staff was extremely nice & friendly, and I had very easy access to my space. They have very clean office & grounds. The facility is in a good location, easy to find. I felt my belongings would be safely kept as I stored it there for months during our move.
