The father-​in-​law is still getting his haircut, but since it’s not my hair I think it is safe to start the 5 star review. Wonderful little old school shop, very friendly service, skill and tact in abundance. I highly recommend this shop.

I was extremely hesitant to write this review as I did not want to give away my «secret place» as she is one of West County’s best kept secret. Having said that, I decided to do so because Yen is talented and she deserves the five star review! I am happy that she has tons of customers but unhappy about having to share her with them, lol.

YEN is great. I have been going here for about 10 years. For decades before, I had a very hard time getting a good hair cut. I am very happy that my friend recommended Yen. She does a great job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend YEN CAN CUT to both men and women.

I have been going here for years, and I’ve been very satisfied with every haircut I have ever gotten here. Yen has a lot of regular customers, so it can be a hit or miss of how busy it can be. Even if there is a line of people waiting, it is very much worth the wait as you will consistently get exactly what you want.
Just remember it’s cash only, and that her shop is closed on Sundays and Thursdays.

Yen seems to be a very kind and patient person. She has been cutting my hair for 3 years. She is very acommadating as a appointment is not necessary. Very nice mens’ haircuts at a very low price.

Yen is awesome! Its a not very well known small shop, so its always easy to get an appointment or just walk in. Yen is very sweet, gives quality cuts, and actually listens to what you want. Her prices are unbeatable at around $ 14/​cut. The only downside is she only takes cash but there’s an ATM at the gas station across the street! My husband and I will be coming here as long as we can!

I just had my hair cut by Yen for the first time. She was wonderful. She really wants you to be happy with your hair and is very open to hearing your feedback. She doesn’t get snooty or bent out of shape if you direct her to cut more hear or there. I’ll definitely be going back and next time I’m getting color.
