Great customer service today Especially Adam(cart boy) super helpful and friendly! Prices are a little high and this store lacks a good variety of organics

Love their fruit and vegetables! They are fresh, in good condition, and priced reasonable. This is a large store with lots of items to meet a variety of your home needs. They have am in store deli and bakery both of which produce some tasty delights.

I was delighted to find a Kroger’s in Piqua, because I LOVE Kroger’s fried chicken… up to now. Somehow, the manager who runs this one missed the seminar on frying chicken. I bought two pieces, a breast and a thigh. The breast was so dried out, I could have used it to sole my shoes — inedible. The thigh was only a little better because thighs are more moist anyway, but that is the only reason. I give THIS Kroger’s a F on the breast and a D– on the thigh — together, not passing marks. I was pleased with the produce section. Far superior to the produce section I found at the other super market in town that starts with a W. With the exception of the gal who served me the shoe-leather chicken, everyone in the store acted like they had just sucked on a lemon before starting their shifts. What a bunch of sourpusses. I’ll likely go here again for the produce. I’ll go elsewhere for everything else and make sure i use the self-checkout so I have someone pleasant ringing up my purchases.
