When I first started going here, it was great. Who doesn’t love an iced coffee with a chocolate donut once in a while? Service never came with a fake smile, but a genuine greeting before going about my day. However, recently, the customer service has been atrocious and only getting worse. I like to consider myself an easy customer. I don’t ask for anything special, I say please & thank you, and I leave. So, when I’m met with attitude (awful glares & very poor attitudes), it’s very frustrating. And honestly, the coffee and donuts have actually taken a turn for the worse. Not sure how, but this place has even forgotten the basics. I will never come back here.

This is a really solid DD and deserves a higher rating. The staff is pretty nice and generally recognize the regulars. Food and drink preparation is consistently good. The location is very convenient & bonus they also have a drive thru if you feel so inclined. There is also a pretty spacious seating area inside. They put up nice festive decorations around the holidays too.

DD is always good. I tried the frozen Arnold Palmer today. It was great! The service is alwaya nice & fast. I’ll continue to visit this location.

This is the slowest, most unqualified group of people to have ever worked any job ever!!!
Go to this Dunkin Donuts if you want to wait forever for your order and watch the obscene lack if leadership by management!!!
This place is pathetic!!! Every time I’ve been there it’s out of necessity (near client’s office and they want it) & I hate every minute of it.
