Extremely disappointed with the customer service at the showroom. We came at the exact time we told Raj we would be there. He was not there at the time, so the young woman working there kindly asked us to have a seat and look at the books. Shortly after, a man showed us several pieces displayed in the showroom. We were then sent back to sit and look at the books AGAIN. Meanwhile a young boy was filling a case of water bottles into the fridge right by us. There was no air conditioning in the office, and he did not offer us a water. 40 minutes of us being there, I asked the woman when Raj would be coming. She told me he was here. 10 minutes later, a man was talking on the phone and signed to us that it would just be a couple minutes. I assumed that was Raj. 10 minutes after that, we walked out, and no one tried to stop us.
We were left unattended for about an hour. We drove over one and a half hours to get here, and were shown absolutely no respect.
No respect for our time and absolutely no courtesy or manners.

Raj was extremely helpful in going over each minute detail my wife, then fiancé, had planned out for each of the two stages she wanted for our mhendi night and wedding day. In total we needed three entire set ups from them, mehndi (henna) party, nikkah (religious ceremony) and then the wedding reception stage. My wife went into the consultation overly prepared, had an ipad full of what she wanted, had envisioned and wanted the end result to look like-​she was a woman on a mission. And Raj and his team delivered on all three accounts, they were able to bring to life what she wanted, from fabrics to lighting to chairs to the backdrop-​you name it, they did it for her/​us just the way wifey wanted (thank god!!) They were super attentive when it came to correspondence, never left us hanging, didnt promise us one thing then fail to deliver, they were very honest and forthcoming, which is reassuring during wedding planning time. I will upload pictures later tonight just to attest to the fine job they did at our events for a great price. Would highly recommend them to any Indo/​Pak/​south asian or not bride looking to get a bang for their buck and have a great décor at their special events. (Wedding was Dec of 2013)
