Typical Starbucks– Good Coffee, many drinks, lots of desserts/refreshments, friendly staffs and more.
Serves everything pretty fast, and they have pretty big displays for pastries, sandwhiches, salads!!! (I love their chicken quinoa salad by the way. The red salad dressing is very interesting!!!)
They do have a ptivate parking lot, so parking would never be a problem. (But no drive-through)
And they have clean restroom!!!
However, unfortunately, this place gets crowded pretty easily! It is very hard to find a spot to sit/study. My friends and I have attempted several times to find a table to do a group study, but we always failed. — so not a great place for a «chat» or to «study.»
If you are looking for a place to study, I would recommend you to go to Panera, which is right across from the starbucks!!!: they not only have plenty of seats, but also have private booth/tables! (And no I am not affiliated with Panera, I just like studying in Panera)

It’s a great place to study or socialize. Staff are always pleasant and friendly, while giving prompt service. I personally love the coffee. Customers are typically very nice too.

Love Starbucks but service is especially slow at this location. Granted it was Saturday morning, and of course, very busy. That’s why I was baffled that there were two people at the register, one person unpacking syrup bottles and bags of coffee (I mean?), and just ONE person trying to keep up with the numerous drink orders. She was doing her best but at one point, she was about 10 drinks behind. Then the girl who was unpacking stuff comes to help make drinks and just randomly grabs cups (which were arranged by the time of order). Of course, my sad cup was left abandoned on the counter, and people who came after me were already leaving with their drinks. It would be fine if this was an isolated incident but it’s actually pretty rare that I’ve had timely service at this Starbucks.

Literally the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I’ve gone a bunch of times because I keep thinking maybe it’s just a particular shift but I have concluded that this Starbucks is just slow. Other than that, the staff is nice, the place is clean, lots of seats for studying. But if you are looking for convenience/speed, I wouldn’t stop in here…

Sharon is not a very pleasant starbucks employee, if someone is standings at the wrong register your go to should not be «im standing over here» I normally deal with Joy who is incredibly pleasant and sweet but next time I see Sharon there I will turn around and walk out. People with our customer service skills should Not be serving the public. Also it was amazing how when I was discussing my experience she *sharon* didn’t remember saying that but was all apologies. goes to show that people act one way when they don’t know who you know. Very disappointed in the attitude so much that I am also writing an email directly to Starbucks.

I frequent this Starbucks as it’s «own the way». It’s what has kept me returning even when the drinks remain inconsistent. They have often mixed up my order which can be problematic for a multitude of reasons. I am always relieved when I see my favorite barista, because I know everything will be alright. A bit dramatic but fellow Starbucks drinkers understand. On my last visit, they ran out of the matcha which is used to make the green tea latte. The cashier was apologetic and shared her own disappointment as she was looking to have the same drink that day before work. That leads me to the other reason why I always come back. The entire staff is always pleasant, welcoming; and if your drink is incorrect, they fix it with no problem. People make errors, but I really care more about how its handled. That’s worth more in my book.

I visit this Starbucks quite frequently and extremely happy with the service. The staff is very friendly and very fast! The location is great except during lunch time when the parking lot gets busy and it get hard to find parking. The is store is very clean with a couple of table tops to do work.

This is my home base Starbucks. I seem like 3 store managers and countless of baristas come & go…
They are very friendly and fast. They don’t make mistakes most of time but when they do they will remake it for you if you tell them.
Bathroom are reasonable clean & well stocked with toilet paper & seat covers.
