Excellent job done by Robert and partner from
this company. I ordered services more than once at different locations. They explained charges up front and will attempt to up sale you on additional services which you can decide to get or not. First time I used the service, I had a groupon which was honored. They even did a fantastic job on my tile kitchen floor.

I found this company on Groupon and was excited to try them out. I called to schedule an appointment. At first they wanted me to re-​purchase the Groupon deal directly with them and told me to ask Groupon for a refund. Next they told me that they were unable to get me in before the expiration date on the voucher but will still honor the deal so I went ahead and booked a date with them. On the day of the appointment, I was told there is a 4 hour window before a technician will arrive. I waited patiently for 4 hrs just to receive a phone call at the last minute stating that they cannot honor my Groupon deal because it had expired by one day and again asked me to re-​purchase the deal directly from them. It’s obvious they do not want to honor any deals unless you had bought it DIRECTLY from them yet they want the free advertisement from the other online sites. IMO, I wouldn’t bother wasting your time with their unprofessional customer service team.

I would have given a similar review to the other 5 star reviews and really did think I found my forever carpet cleaning service. However, after the tech left I walked into a bedroom and noticed a coin under the bed. I thought this was odd since the person I scheduled my appointment with specifically asked me to remove any storage containers from beneath the bed as they clean underneath with a wand. I pressed a tissue on the carpet under the bed and it came up bone dry and covered with dust.
I immediately called and left a message requesting a return call and asking if I had misunderstood regarding the under the bed cleaning, though I’m not sure how I could have. 3 days later, still no response.
My low rating is predominantly regarding the ignored phone call. I even left a bunch of bedroom items in my kitchen and the trundle bed stacked on top of the daybed so that there would be easy access in the event that the company offered to come back and complete the job. I guess it’s time to put my apartment back together and cross this company off the list.

Excellent service. Professional and considerate of your home. I was thoroughly pleased with this company from start to finish (from estimate to end of service). Definitely will be contacting the Cleaning Group again.
