Zero Halliburton

I was pretty excited to pick up a new computer bag/​briefcase as my previous one had seen better days. I liked the bag and the way it appeared to be durably made. How disappointed I was when the shoulder strap ripped out from the bag completely in less than two months of use.
I contacted the company and was emailed by Erika Sebens that they would replace the bag. Erika advised that they would send me a return authorization number and they were sorry for the issue. Weeks and weeks went by and I never heard from Erika despite several follow up emails that I sent.
A month later I called and left several voice mails only to never hear from Erika again. I later learned that the President of the firm also had the last name Sebens, and his response also never came despite multiple phone calls and emails over the following months.
Do yourself a favor and buy another brand. These bags might look cool and well built, but they stink. And the company does not stand behind their products!
