I was referred to Coast Neuro and was to see Dr. Filippi. He was an hour and a half late for a 10 AM appointment when we walked out. His staff had absolutely no concern that my wife and I had been sitting there for 90 minutes and they did not even know if he was in the office. I finally badgered them into going back to his office to see if he was even in the building and turns out he wasn’t. No explanations, no apologies. I was a new patient, now I am not. My father was a doctor and successful doctors take the responsibility to keep their office informed if there is an emergency. Dealing with Coast Neuro was a waste of my time. Still no call from his office with an explanation.

I met with Dr Masney because I need to keep my IVIG therapy care continued from my prior Dr who put me on this over 2 years ago when I couldn’t walk, bathe, drive or think straight, I was only on straight out opiate therapy multiple different types, after IVIG I was down to one and can now drive bathe get groceries I’m not an animal anymore.
I saw him well over a month ago and see him next week, I just learned he okayed another year,
I believe he is a good man continuing my care He is very polite, and smart, I look forward to Thursday.
