Order to go and they said would take 15 – 20 min been well over 30 mins and the little boy waiter didn’t take my order right. Horrible service! Would give them no stars if I could.

Ordered off the 2−4−6−8 menu and was not disappointed! Good portions cooked perfectly! Our waiter, Ken, made the entire experience very enjoyable. He made sure we were well taken care of. Best service we’ve had in a long time!

Went there yesterday and the service was horrible. Our waitress sat us down then disappeared for 15 mins, then finally came and took our drink orders, had to come back because she forgot what we ordered, 2 iced teas, one pepsi. Then it was another 15 mins before she returned with them. Took 30 mins for our food, I ordered the slam burger with my egg over easy, when we got the food my egg was so over cooked. Mentioned it to the waitress I could hear her walk back and yell at the cook that the egg was over cooked and literally 5 seconds later she appeared with a properly cooked egg. One can only assume she pulled the egg off of someone else’s plate that was waiting to go out! I never received an apology for the length of time we waited nor for my order being wrong. But waiting for an hour for food at a Dennys that wasn’t really that busy is just crazy. I will not be returning to this establishment again. The manager even came by and asked if everything was okay with our meal, when we told her about the egg she just kinda shrugged and moved on to the next table. The food was good besides the over cooked egg, everything was hot and tasted great. Just the service was horrible.

I go here occasionally with friends. And I just came from there earlier this evening. I need to apologize for my friend. He was in the wrong and our extremely wonderful server Shauna was right. She handled the situation above and beyond. I do hope she wasn’t fired.

I ordered from the 2,4,6,8 value menu, an item with two eggs, each fried within a hole of a piece of toast. It came with Hashbrowns and bacon. The eggs were fried perfectly and tasted very good with the toast. The hashbrowns and bacon were average, about to be expected from Denny’s. The service was excellent, our waitress was very personable and the manager stopped by a few times and cracked a few jokes. It definitely made the experience fun compared to most restaurant experiences. We were a group of eight, and it took a little while to get seated, but that was to be expected on a Sunday morning. Everyone else at my table seemed like their food as well, I would definitely recommend this Denny’s to anyone who wants inexpensive diner food.

We came in around midnight last night leaving angry and hungry My boyfriend and I were staying at the Oxford Suites next door and wanted to have a late night snack. There were only a few tables when we showed up so we expected to be in and out reasonable quick. After being seated after several minutes we were not asked a drink order for 15 minutes. Once the soft drinks were brought to the table(at least 10 – 15 minutes later) we ordered immediately After waiting for another 30 minutes(at least) we decided to leave cash on the table and head to jack in the box instead. Other patrons in Denny’s were also visibly frustrated and the waitstaff spent the whole time in the kitchen not tending their tables in any way We left frustrated and hungry… I can only hope the day staff is marginally better. We will never be back though.

Myself and my housemates are here more often than we would probably like to admit, and my only complaint is that they always keep the AC on. The food and service is always great, and we’re here at least once a month. Can’t wait to see the remodel.

The service here is awful there was no one there to seat us when we walked in. And when he took us to our seats he forgot to get our drinks. 10 minutes later he came back and took our drink order. It took another 20 to order food and our food was freezing when we got it. But the best part it is it wasn’t even what we ordered .our waiter brought another tables food NOTOURFOOD. and we never got refills on our drinks. This place sucks.

This place is bad. Every time they change the menu the prices get higher but the food is less. They take EBT so all the homeless people hang out there. Some of the old servers are great but it seems like they’re all leaving and denny’s just likes to hire trashy people. Most of them can’t even get the order right. The cook Fredy is always on his phone, I wonder if he washes his hands every time he grabs the phone? Denny’s has just become so bad I will not be returning. Though I gotta say Karen and Martha are great servers, wish I could have them work at a better restaurant.

Popped in for dessert becuase we were watching The Big Bang Theory and someone was eating a banana split and my husband decided he needed to have one right now. He didn’t want to share his, so i opted for the Lava cake which was amazing! Guess who didnt finish his dessert? ;) try the lava cake. Its really good!

Review is for morning of 10÷10÷15. Horrifically slow service, and when food arrived, my food was cold. So after waiting over 30 minutes for my food, you bring my dish cold? Oh and thanks for skimping on the hash browns. Meanwhile my coffee was cold and lacking a refill. You weren’t even busy. Returned food was hotter but seemed almost microwaved with a warm, reasonable amount of hash browns. Girlfriends food was alright, was warm at best. Get up to pay, and people are everywhere, no organized line or anything. Finally get to the cashier who asks how our meal was, we state it was pretty terrible, then he shrugs and asks us if we would like to leave a tip. The customer service here was just top notch *eye roll* Needless to say, we left, and thankfully, will never be coming back.

If I could give it less than one I would. My coworkers and I ate breakfast here 3 days in a row. And all 3 days, all 3 of each of our meals was messed up. I don’t know if the cook was making mistakes or the server, but I think a combination of both. We travel for work and have eaten at many Denny’s nation wide and this was the worst. I used to think that eggs can’t be screwed up but this establishment has proven me wrong.

The place was clean. Slow day only 6 couples in the place. Al those the food was just OK, the portions was verrrrrry small! My wife’s dinner salad was Soooo small I would of cleared it in 3 forks !! HaHA then my Prime Rib Cobb Salad was a Joke, the SpringMix was old ! The meat pieces where soooo small they where hard on the eyes(Looking 4 the little pieces 4) ! I asked 4 the water 3 times ! Will not be back!

We come here every few months, and the servers are always very friendly! The food is good, what you’d expect from a Denny’s. Kids eat free every night — one per adult that buys an entrée and drink. Not much more you could ask for!

This was probably one of the worst Denny’s locations I’ve been to. We stopped here during a road trip to monterrey. There was no one at the welcome desk to seat us. After waiting a few minutes, we were seated. The waiter came to ask for our drink order. He brought those out and we were ready to order. He told us he would be right back, but we waited another 10 min. After ordering, it took 30 min to get our food. We were also missing 2 sets of utensils for our party of 5. My step dad and brother ordered crispy hash browns and they were slightly undercooked. Overall it was a bad experience. Thankfully, I was hungry walking in. Otherwise, I would have starved.

The food was good. Had the red, white and blue slam(think that’s the name), the hubs had the nachos and kids had the kids cheese burgers. The food presentation was on par with the pictures on the menu which I’ve never seen. Overall good food and good service, will be back.
