Chocolate selection is great, no question. But the friendly service was what made the difference. If you’re in the area, stop by.

Had the almond toffee, caramel truffles, dark chocolate almond and cherry barks. All amazing. Great small business owners.

I like the Cashew Turtles, they have soft dry caramel on them that doesn’t stick to your teeth, and a dollop of dark chocolate on the top. The truffles are good too, Gerald was telling us how it is a 3-day process to make a proper truffle. The chocolates are a lot like See’s but on a smaller scale, still a good selection of nuts and soft-creams. They also carry some olive oils to taste. They have been making chocolates for 40-something years now in the Grover Beach/Pismo area and really seem to love what they do. Unfortunately they are probably going to retire soon so get your hand-made chocolates while you can.

Excellent handmade chocolates, a staple around here for many years. Come in for just one, or a whole box of deliciousness. I didn’t know that they had moved until I happened upon their new location in Pismo the other day. You can check my original review under their old location in Grover Beach.
