Food was great, hot, and fresh, customer service was amazing even though they were out of steak. They apologized and told us we could pick something else or be reimbursed. We just got chicken instead and were on our way. They felt bad, but they were so kind about the whole thing. We ended up loving the chicken and will be back! :)

Why did I do it? Why, why, why? I don’t like Bojangle’s but I was in a hurry to get to the front of the high school pick up line. I ordered the 4 piece supreme chicken box. It was supremely yuck! My chicken was rubbery and chewy. The biscuit was flay instead of fluffy and my pink lemonade has a funky after taste. It was $ 6 bucks that would have been better spent elsewhere. The service was quick — probably because the food has been waiting there for 2 hours waiting my arrival. To make matters worse I still ended up in the middle of the pick up line. Ugh! I guess this born and bred northern girl can’t adapt to these southern fast food chains.
