Bought a loaf of their 100% Whole Wheat from the pittsboro Co-op and it was literally inedible. Dry, flavorless, and spongey, we ended up making it into bread pudding because the sandwiches we made using it were absolutely awful. Maybe their other bread is better, maybe the Co-op had kept it on the shelf too long, regardless it was hands-down the worst bread I’ve ever tried to eat.

I order their cinnamon swirl bread through Papa Spud’s on a regular basis. It is the best! I love using it to make French toast for my family on the weekends. I have yet to find a cinnamon swirl bread that matches the quality of this bread, or the flavor!

This place is not a bakery it is a literal bread shop, they bake bread for many top restaurants in Raleigh but unless you go in an specifically ask for bread they do not sell to the public.
