Happy Nails

This was a terrible experience. My heels are in bad shape from the dry weather and I asked for callus removal and would be willing to pay extra even, but the girl said it was included in the basic package. She used a cheese grater on them and then put oil on them after wards. Now they are worse than before I came in and will post a pic to prove it. I’m very disappointed.

So many things were off about this place.
Pedicure stations weren’t draining properly. Massage options on my chair weren’t functioning properly. Three of us made an appointment to have pedicures done together. They weren’t ready for us for another 40 minutes. Pedicures were not done at the same time as requested when appointment was made. One person in our group was to the polish stage before the 2^nd person had their pedicure start. First person in our group asked for a certain design and showed a picture and still didn’t receive requested design. Design was a small, simple heart placed diagnolly on the inner corner of the big toe. Once my pedicure started the ladies working on my feet and my Mom’s feet were debating whether they should come back to that place to work after they have their babies or go to another salon. The staff was definitely overbooked. They were rushing from client to client, station to station. I didn’t care for the warm towel treatment, half hearted massage and sloppy polish job. Maybe we caught them on a bad day. But, I sure won’t be back. All the things listed above added up to one awkward experience.

Very nice people. Got us in and out in a timely manner. The new facility will be really nice for their business.
