Love this store, not only can you choose the style of the couch, but the fabric for the couch and the pillows. Also picked the base, the arms and cushions, Basically I designed it, It came out beautiful, sooo happy ! :)
This is the second set of furniture I bought from them. The other is 12 years old. in great condition… Put it in the front room. Defny

I bought a love seat and sofa in Nov. The love seat has recliners in them and on of the recliners you had to slam shut. Will I called them on this and they told me they will pick it up but won’t have a new on for 3 to 4 weeks. I had company coming in for the holidays. they told me they pick it up after that. When I called i asked them to replace it due to a manufacture defect and give me a new one. They told me they have to send it in and see. well they came and got it and said it would be in on Monday or Tuesday. I never got no call from them on these days. I had to call them. They deliver it that day. I could have just image how long I would have had to wait if I didn’t call them. Turns out they had to replace the whole thing. When we got the new love seat there were strings hanging from the stitching. I cleaned them up. Still am not happy. Paid to much for a piece of crap!!!

No sales tax! Free delivery and setup! What else can you ask for?! We have bought our furnitures in two separate occasions at Home Concepts. I like how you can walk in to the store and look at the big layout of furnitures they have with no sales pressure. But when you do need help, the guys are there ready to answer any questions. I do a lot of research prior to making a purchase — and compared to dept stores and to furniture consignment stores I would have to say Home Concepts prices are very competitive and with no sales tax and free delivery the savings do really add up without sacrificing the quality and style of the furniture! If you do not see anything you like on the floor– they also have tons of catalogs you can look at and order from. Definitely check this place out if you are looking for furniture and even mattresses! The store also has installment payments/​credits available. Depending on the furniture, it usually takes 2 – 4 weeks for the item to be delivered. It takes longer 6 – 8 weeks when it is nearing the holiday season.

I’m so glad that after weeks of shopping we ended up at Home Concepts. We purchased 2 couches, bedroom set, a bed and dining room set. We got lucky and went on one of their no tax weekends and also scored free local delivery. They were nice enough to hold the furniture for us for several weeks while we waited for our floors to be installed (that is a whole different Unilocal and it won’t be pretty, stand by for that one!) Anyway, when I called them and said we were ready they knew exactly who we were and our furniture was there 2 days later. Everything came as we ordered it and we couldn’t be more pleased. They set everything up and even helped my husband move the couches around. Thank you Home Concepts for a great deal, great quality furniture and the opportunity to support a local business! We will be back for any future furnishing needs and I’m certain it will be sooner than later!

First of all we got the old bait and switch. I purchased a set of items that I believed were going to be delivered to me. When they arrived to deliver, one major piece was a mismatch and they said that the piece was not available for immediate delivery. Ok, I’m a reasonable guy. So, I waited for after holidays delivery of the item that I actually purchased. I called and requested status on the item and I was told that I would receive a call back. I waited 2 days and nothing. So I went in person. I was then told that the item is not available at all. I was like «ok this is starting to annoy me». So I was given a book to choose a whole different set… mind you the item was still on the floor and any good business would have sold me that one and discontinued the set completely, but nonetheless I was given a set of huge catalog books to reorder. My wife picked out a completely new set out of the books, then I was told that it would cost me more money for the set that we actually want. I took a deep breath and calmed myself. He supposedly «worked with me» on the price difference and then said «give me 50 bucks». Like a good guy, I paid the $ 50 and got a new delivery date. The guys once again showed up with crap attitudes. They picked up the mismatched furniture and brought the new items in, but oops, the new large item was damaged in the box and they rescheduled for another delivery, so I was left with less furniture than I had prior. Now I’m pissed. I call the store and speak with Tiu and he tells me that they should have left me with something to use. I ask for some sort of compensation and I was told that they would «take care of me» on my next purchase. I am still waiting on my 3^rd delivery! This place is a mess. Go to Ashley. You may spend more cash but I guarantee you will get people that care about the customer and stand behind the product. I would not buy a light bulb from these shysters again!

Next time I need furniture, this is where I’m going. Not only did they have better quality furniture than I saw at other furniture stores the employees were more than helpful. We were able to work out a GREAT deal for a sectional and table. We bought a floor model and they wrapped it with heavy duty plastic, not the thin cellophane wrap I’ve seen at other stores. They also carried it all to our truck and helped us tie it all down. Very friendly, great deals and great quality pieces! What’s funny is that I was in the area to buy a table from a lady on Craigstlist, and while we waited for her call that never came, we stopped by Home Concepts and ended up purchasing a better table for less. Also, we were one phone call away from purchasing a couch from Kantors (in Oakland) but then we found this place and a perfect couch!!! I’m a very happy customer!
