service here is going down hill. best to go through the drive-​thru because lobby service is horrendous

You can’t go wrong with Jack N Box, food was good but the dining room wasn’t dirty but very messy and their was only 4 people eating. Let’s go mgrs you have plenty of staff to clean!

This isn’t directed towards the service, the service at this location is SUPERB! Great attitude towards the customers and overall very friendly.
This review is to make either the management or the Jack-​In-​The-​Box corporate itself. The chicken breast in my Jack’s Blazing Chicken sandwich had a bone in it. Now, I am convinced that the chicken is REAL! However… It definitely killed my appetite. I’ve never had an incident like this before, maybe this is the wrong way to go about it but I hope someone gets something out of this. Jack-​In-​The-​Box has good food but I don’t know about this time… I’ll be back but I may stay away from the chicken for a while.

Omg, the thing is AMAZING!!! Stopped by there tonight because my son wanted to try it. Needless to say, mommy, the bringer-​of-​goodies gets a taste, and boy was I blown away! It’s thick, smooth, a bit spicy (like Holiday spice, not like hot sauce spice), and I totally plan to wear them out before they’re gone.
Also, I have found that the service at this location is superb. They guys are always friendly and extend a personal greeting, and for being fast food employees, they are. surprisingly articulate. Each visit these guys are efficient, accurate with orders, and darn quick!

I felt compelled to give this location a quick review after stopping off on the way to San Francisco last weekend. Any travelers passing through this area who might be looking for a clean/​quick fast food meal should consider this location. The restaurant was immaculate, the service was very friendly, and the bathrooms were clean as well.

5 stars, you say? Well, I only ever used this place (right next door to my Hampton Inn hotel) because they had $ 1 large sodas… others need Starbucks in the morning, I need my Diet Coke, so this was perfect. And the kids working there were very nice every time I came thru that drive-​thru, be it before work or after work… thanks!

I felt entitled to some greasy goodness after my 2000 calorie workout at the gym. I stopped by this Jack-​In-​The-​Box to replenish some much needed energy.
I ordered the Charbroiled Sirloin Cheeseburger w/​Bacon. It cost me $ 5.29 plus tax, I think. Suffice it to say, the burger didn’t taste like it was worth $ 5. Two fifty, maybe.
If I was a smart man, I think I would’ve just grabbed the 2 croissants for $ 3 like I usually do at this place, but I guess I wasn’t thinking – just hungry.
The nicest Latino, Hispanic, and Mexican staff around the area too. I saw a very pushy white guy giving hell to the supervisor about an order. Yet that dude stayed calm all throughout and the pushy guy finally eased off and accepted the apologies.
It’s a big gamble to order pricey items at fast food restaurants unless you know that they can make it right. Now I know. I’ll stick to my croissants.

I know, this is a fast food joint, so why write a review? Aren’t they meant to be as similar as possible? Yes, you are right. This brief review is about a Big Deal. THE Big Deal. The one they advertise on TV commercials. I was hungry and had $ 3 in my pocket. Went to this Jack, and they didn’t have the «Big Deal» on their drive thru menu. So I asked Jack’s squawk box, do you have the Big Deal? He said yes.
So,
2 tacos,
a chicken sandwich,
and a medium soda,
all for only $ 2.69!
With tax, that is a total of $ 2.91!
I haven’t made 3 bucks buy a lunch that would get me over like this in a looong time. It is a «Big Deal!»
