KFC

All too often they are out of chicken, or plastic utensils, or my kind of soda, or dipping sauce. There manager needs a serious lesson in inventory control.

Slowest KFC ever. 15 mins in drive thru waiting to order with 3 cars behind me. It’s only 8:30 pm, no more chicken available. And they don’t close until 10pm. Umm. Couldn’t someone have come to the speaker and let us know that we are waiting for nothing. I hate when we’ll known businesses are poorly ran. It’s now 2016. Get it together KFC!!!

Worst kfc here. Takes like 30 minutes for my order to be ready soooo slow and they always forget something on my order. Needs an upgrade on employees

In early evening many times out of most chicken we want. In the day time several times there is a girl who always points out by saying ” ”Let me check with my wife”. I don’t know why she likes to brag shes a lesbian I don’t want to hear or need to hear this shit. Also I have gotten burnt chicken before. WTF???

Just went there to get grilled chicken. They said 15 mins. Please tell me why the fuck if you saw you were getting low didn’t you put that shit in then?!! Guess u can’t expect an geniuses to be working at a KFC tho, right?

This place is so retarted all the workers here even up to the manager they dont know how to get there order right every time i make a order i find something something missing in my order and even when i go back i still come with something missing. This is so fucking ridicilous. Please check you order once you leave!!!

SO SLOW. I’ve been sitting at the Window for 20 mins now! At least have some courtesy and apologize for the wait or thanks for waiting. Never coming here again.

by far the worst kfc ever. we came here as a last resort because popeyes drive through was so long but i shouldve just waited at popeyes! we waited in the drive through for literally 30+ minutes just so they can tell us they’re closed and only have 10 pieces of chicken left. it’s 10:18 pm and it says they close at 11:00! they need to shut this place down, i am beyond irritated for waiting in the drive through for so long wasting my gas and time and im still starving! do not waste your time or money coming here!!!

Avoid. Customer service is horrible and we had to wait for half of our order for an additional 15 minutes, which we ordered in advance, when we got to the cash register. No one told us that the second half of the order was done, so we had to wait and check by ourselves. There is some internal confusion there. I will go elsewhere next time.

Bad service, every time I have come here they have gotten my order wrong or forgot something. Should go to Popeye’s down the road.

It’s not the best but ok. I asked for a water cup and when I got the water from the soda machine, it had a little bitter taste going on.
If the restaurant wants the customers to enjoy their soft drinks, then the employees should clean it properly. I know it’s difficult to clean because I’ve cleaned it before at a Filipino Restaurant. But you know what? It was my job and now… It’s your job as well.

Bad food. Last experience was enough not to come back. I pulled up to window girl was cussing and talking «crap» about someone. She hands me soda with NO ICE. I say can I get ice? She LEAVES with my soda to the back. Again did I mention she left with my soda? The lady taking orders is looking at me and not taking my card. She also has my food and is just walking in circles then she makes a soda with ice next to the window. I look at the window two minutes go by. Nobody has said anything and girl still has no soda or has returned. My conclusion. She was doing something sketch with my soda or why else did lady two use machine next to me and use ice? And not tend to me. I fucking left! I’m not drinking tainted soda made by a girl who remember was cussing up an angry storm when I pulled up. Latina girl with long hair. I thinks this is probably the norm here.

Always a disappointment always out of original & we end up with the free Limon cake that theyll get shipment of the red velvet tonight! !?? Yea okay.. whatever

Ive been disappointed at this place far too many times. I went to order chicken at the drive thru, waited for 20 minutes and when it was my turn to order i was told they dont have chicken anymore when it was only 9pm. I asked what time they closed and why they arent cooking anymore, they tell me their oil is bad and they dont want to use it anymore. Every time i try to order on drive tru at night they pretend like they are already closed. Horrible management. The owner of this place should be aware of this. There are so many people out of job that are willing to do the job than this employee who are getting paid but not working at all… I hope management do something about this.

3:30 and out of chicken planks for the day… that’s just lovely. Not even an excuse or apology. No asking if I’d prefer another choice. Nothing. Silence.

This place has the nicest friendliest employees I’ve ever encountered. Seriously. They have gotten my order right every single time. I always order the L1 fish and shrimp platter. It often has to be cooked to order and I have to pull around and park and they have to bring it out to me. Always with a smile. Oh, and the fish and shrimp are good, too. You also have the advantage of having any of the KFC sides.

First time ordering fish combo on Long John Silver menu for take out and was extremely disappointed. Not only waited 20 mins but the fish was terrible. Seemed like they reused yesterday’s oil. Ordered at other Long John Silver’s, even at other KFC/​LJS chains and their fish and chicken combos are always golden brown and crisp. While I was waiting people coming in were being told a 30 min wait for KFC crispy chicken. It was 2pm in the afternoon. Didn’t management calculate they were running low and cooked some before running out? Oh yeah… forgot. she was busy fiddling with her phone for a good 10 mins while the other employee was scrambling on backed up orders. Go figure. Advice… go elsewhere.

It’s the Pittsburg KFC so what do u expect… But I went here the other day and wow it was nasty, chicken looks like it’s been sitting all day… Not coming here again I’m goin to Popeyes

Basically, a 2 star average + 1 star for their pot pies :)
The food receipt showed $ 33.67, but the credit /​debit receipt showed that I had been charged $ 99.67! Wow, really? $ 60 extra??? Took 30 minutes to resolve.
Long story short, I went inside to argue for 10 minutes & prove that I did not get $ 99 worth of food… Employees went digging through my food! Finally, someone admitted to accidentally hitting the 9 instead of 3 on the 10-​key. Then the girls couldn’t figure out how to issue a partial refund. Of course, no mgr on duty. They tried to tell me to «come back when mgr is working» HAH, yeah right!
How ’bout this:
KEEP ALL OF THIS FOOD (which is now cold), & REFUND the $ 100 you INCORRECTLY charged me, THANKS!

Issues of one sort or another EVERY time we come here… but lately I’ve been on a pot pie kick, and how can they mess up one of those? They can’t! And they haven’t yet, so + 1 star.
One of the following things never fails to occur:
* they have no hot wings; wait time is always «5 minutes» but is NEVER 5 minutes!
* cashier forgets to enter an item during the ordering process.
* cashier enters the wrong item.
* cashier fails to enter details like «no mayo» on sandwich.
* or (the worst) employees forget to put an item in the bag, which is never noticed until we get home, ugh!

If you want chicken or shrimp or fish don’t come here!!! I came for dinner for the first time with the hubby and wanted a fish, shrimp and chicken platter… well to my surprise the woman at the counter said (and I quote) «they’ve been cooking hella chicken and they all out for the next 30 min». How does a restaurant run out of the two main items they sell???
And there two busy to re-​stock the napkins and straws that are completely empty. The woman just put a bag of straws on the counter for everyone to just help themselves. WOW never will I return here. That’s what I get for not reading the previous Unilocal reviews.
