Associate Roberto was very rude and condescending when I had questions regarding monthly billing. I would have rather driven the extra miles to go to a different AT&T carrier than have to deal with the associate’s attitude.

If you live in Pittsburg California and thinking of acquiring ATT Mobile service or bringing your ATT Mobile phone and move to Pittsburg California — you need to know a lot of people including us(we have 2ATT mobile phones) and ALL my friends and colleagues visiting us found out NOSERVICE or NOATT Mobile signal inside many of the homes, including ours. If you have the same issue should dial from your ATT Mobile phone by calling 611 to ask to be connected to the tech support to voice your complaints. We did file our complaint last Saturday. If the issue is NOT resolved, we are planning to drop our ATT subscription and advises our fiends and colleagues to do the same.

HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE! I went in to this store to add(2) additional lines to my AT&T account. The associate, George, got our phones together and we went to pay and he said that we would see a $ 36.00 activation fee per line on our next bill. I told him that I wanted to cancel the transaction because I didn’t want to pay those fees. He then GUARANTEED that AT&T would waive the fees if I called them once I got my bill. It turns out that George was lying. AT&T sent a notice out to all their dealers that they were taking a STRICT stance on not waiving activation fees starting January 1st, 2013. Well my transaction took place mid February 2013, so that means when George realized I was going to cancel the transaction, he INTENTIONALLY lied to my face to keep from losing a sale… since they are paid on commission. The store manager, Mary, is worthless and rude and condoned the lying and did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation… aside from cutting me off mid-conversation and literally hanging up on me after calling me a week after she said she would ! I guess that’s why these people work at a parrot cellular store. Hey Mary, get YOU and YOUR employees some ethics and customer service training! AVOIDTHISSTOREATALLCOSTS!!! THESTOREISFULLOFLIARSANDSCAMMERS! GOTO A REALAT&T STORE!

My father lost his phone, so I called and spoke to Mary(Manager) to see what deals they have on phones that would cost less than the deductible required from existing phone insurance and to suspend service for lost phone. She was very helpful! She set-up new SIM with the same number, suspended the service so no one can use the lost phone, provided me with great options for what my father needed, held the phone I chose, costing less than the deductible, plus setting upfront payment for the same insurance for 2 years for half the price. My father also got set-up for unlimited texting and still had an OVERALL savings of $ 30. I have also worked with Ben about a week ago in person to check on possible options on phones. Ben and Mary were both very pleasant to deal with and was very helpful.

Actual Dialoge: [I enter the store to replace my broken phone. I see that one of the employees is finishing buisness with an elderly couple.] ME: I’m here to get screwed. Dude: I’ll be right with you once I finish screwing these people! ______________ Mobile phone companies are only on this earth to rape you out of your hard-earned so I can’t fault the guy for making me spend $ 400(!) more than I intended. He sure was honest.
