love their sales… can’t beat 3.00 shirts and sandals or 10.00 jeans. I check into Rue 21 every couple of weeks for deals…

Just recently took the kids shopping here and was treated horribly by the associate whom I later found out was the store manager. Marquisha should not be working in an atmosphere where she needs to deal with any customer service because she is rude and unprofessional. I will not be shopping here again!

I’m giving this store 5 stars thanks to the great customer service I received from Maricruz she is awesome!!! I went looking for Disney T-​shirts she went out of her way to help me look for the clothes I needed, the store was clean and well organized I was able to find everything I needed. I will definitely be going back.

Rue 21 never disappoints whether it’s a small place like the one here or in general the clothes are amazing. Pretty my whole closet

My new fav place to shop out here!!! I got three tops, two of them were $ 5 and the third one was $ 3 ahhh I felt like I was in cute clothes heaven here! Most defiantly coming here more often!

I looooveeee this store. Their clearance racks are insane… $ 5, $ 7, $ 10 clothes?! And they’re usually CRAZY cute!!! I love barging in here and looking at the different things they put on sale… They also have shoes (BOAT SHOES! HNGGG!!) and sandals, boots, ugh I feel so damn girly in here. They have belts, jewelry, underwear, purses, bass headphones (which are dope actually, I love my pink headphones that say «SWAG» on them like I’m so wanna-​be hipster. Love it.), nail polish, phone cases, whatever you want, girl.
I’ve never had a problem with service, and I’m usually put in the dressing room called «princess» (teeheehee!!!) and am always given coupons good for dates long in the future that I accidentally always throw away. (argh)
For the price and whatnot, can’t beat this place!

First time in this store… Everything seems to be on clearance. Horrible customer service. I went on 11÷8÷13 @11:30am. 2 associates 2 other customers… No «hey, hows it going», nothing. Blank STARES. 20 minutes go by; still no customer engagement. Sad. I commence to make my purchase the cashier begins to talk to the manager on duty in my face, as if I did not exist… Ok. Bags up my one item. Hands it over. Still no interaction whatsoever. I begin to leave and I stand awkwardly in the entrance to write this review. 5 minutes later I’m still standing here writing this… No interaction from anyone. Wow. This store won’t last either.

I love bringing my teenager here to shop for clothes. She is tiny and they carry smaller sizes, especially for jeans. She loves to dig through the clearence racks and often can get a ton of clothes for cheap!!!
We also love the coupons they offer.
