I bought a pair of boots here and returned them the next day no problem. Now 2 days later the money is still not in my account, so I go back up there, I have my return receipt and a copy of my bank transactions. They tell me I have to contact customer service that there is nothing they can do. So i guess they get to keep the boots and my money!
